This was indeed the preferred match up for the Heels. They simply took St.Pete seriously and played them as if they were a top tier team.

no matter the seeding, you have to take lower seeded teams seriously. Play the game without judging another team's seed, else upsets can happen.

St Peters were too small for UNC, didn’t have a star to take over the game and couldn’t find a grove offensively. Wished the game was a lot closer.

Guard play was the big difference between Kentucky and North Carolina in their respective matchups with Saint Peter’s.

In the tournament they weren’t used to being down I can tell during the interview it was getting to him lol. He just shrugged it off like we have some adjustments

Really, with 5 min to go and up by almost 30 points there shouldn't have been more than 1 starter left on the court for UNC.

In that game thirty years ago Laetner shouldn't have even been in the game to make that dramatic three considering he'd stomped on a Kentucky player in the first half I believe. He should have been ejected when he committed that egregious display of unsportsmanlike behavior. But the NCAA loved Duke and Coach K so he got away with it. Admittedly I'm a Tar Heel fan and despise Duke but nevertheless, my contention is correct. But don't for a minute think I have any affection for Kentucky because I don't. But right is right and Christian should have been tossed from that game.

The fact that UNC didn't even acknowledge the players as the clock ran out goes to show they didn't deserve the win because at some point you got to realize your budget of 13 million dollars compared to a team who has one small weight room that's half flooded.

ST. Peters run ended with a proper a.. whooping and got pulled back to reality.

What business is it of yours?

My question is an has always been why play the starters so many minutes and not put the bench players in. Things could've and should've been alot different if coach would have utilized his bench more often. This is why they ultimately lost cause of a horrible job managing players minutes.

Cause the starters were miles better than the players on the bench, Carolina actually won more games when the starters played most than game.

I hate this game. Jersey was awoken when Peters went deep & could’ve established pride there cause NJ/NY is so sleep to college sports. They fumbled when the coach & players left. These yankee mfs will never learn. Sometimes money AINT the motive - - Charlotte raised/ UNC fan
