that ain't saying anything at all. 1) your scrub team has never had a good offense. 2) you played against the Candy Canes and we have been abysmal since 2005. I doubt you guys are actually a top 20 team, just another mediocre squad that beat on a team with no playmakers, and no good talent. UM is probably top 50 at best this year.

Knowing what we know now about everything, rewatching this video saddens me. But this has always been one of my favorite games to watch. I was at the game the game where Fenner gained 328 yards in the game against UVA in the pouring rain. I was pulling for these guys to beat that number for a UNC game here while I was watching this real time.

ive been a lifelong Michigan fan..a very, very patient Michigan fan. The last 3 years tho, ive made sure ive watched every game and can say im a closet fan. They are doing big things and are headed for bigger. Fun to watch it happen. **to clerify, obviously there is nothing embarrassing about UNC, but its many Michigan Men are in meltdown mode and are ultra sensitive during these long, dark times.

as a Miami fan I have to say UNC was on point.. the ACC is becoming a dominant conference .

Clark Lea deserves all the credit in the world for holding this offense to 17 points and less than 300 total yards, while playing an entire half without arguably their best defensive player.

UNC treated miami like a rent-a-car!

I am a Texas longhorn and got to tell you...Mack Brown is very unique out of this world. He was just so easy to recruits hard-to-catch best QBs (Simms, Young, McCoy) with no sweat but also failed to recruit real best QBs(Brees, Luck, Stafford, Griffin, Manziel). His team was competitive/went to two national championship games but overall underachieved called "overrated" all the time. People badmouthing Mack Brown seemed to settle with worse coaches and miserable lives after he left. Very very difficult to say something about Mack Brown. God must have given Saban and Brown some gift normal people would never find out.

Your right except I wouldn’t say “slowly”. 2-3years ago this was a 2 win team Then last season (Mack browns first season). We had a record of 7-6 with a dominant bowl win (Then this year Mack browns second season) we finish 8-3 and possibly going to a ny6 bowl game Our three losses were a 3 point loss to FSU and a 3 point loss to Virginia both of them we had a chance to win in the last minutes and then our loss to notre dame the #2 team it was close and competitive and it was only a one score game up until the last minute of the game. UNC is on the rise pretty fast if you ask me We are 7 points away from being a 1 loss team #GOHEELS. The next 5 years are going to be special for Carolina football !

If this gets the entire defense canned, its worth it.

To be fair, king had better numbers that game, but Howell didn’t have to do anything that day. King would’ve had just as good as numbers or better with the wideouts that Howell had this season. Miami’s receivers were sorry other than Brevin Jordan, and except Harley the last 3 games. The 2 guys are equally as good

As a UNC fan I agree, UNC should’ve blown every team they played not named Notre Dame, but on the other note they deserved to lose those 2 games. They are a very very very young team, they are learning how to win, the D is learning how to play cause the majority of them are all true freshman. UNC has shown flashes all year and they haven’t been consistent. This was a massive step up. This was their first complete game all year

When I said “learning how to win” I meant the D. The offense was sluggish in the first 2 games at times, the first half of the FSU game, and the second half of the ND game. The D is so young and learning how to win consistently

Always seems that when Miami gets a deviating blow to their season, whether a tough FSU loss, a beat down by a top 10 school, or in this case.. being eliminated from the ACC Championship Game last week.. the team just fucking gives up and I’m beyond tired of this shit. Not only that, but all the blame is on Manny Diaz. This is typical for Miami, and fans are sick and tired of it. They always stink it up to finish the season, its not how you start it how you finish and their record when it comes to finishing strong to close the season is atrocious.

In the last 17 years, Miami has no conference titles, one major bowl appearance, 3 bowl wins, 4 ranked finishes. North Carolina has matched or exceeded all of those.

I haven't miss a home game since 1991. I went to every game last year. So, it's secure to say, that I bleed orange and green. It's not their job on offense not to score, but rather our job on defense to stop them from scoring (paraphrasing Jimmy Johnson). We played the worse defense I've ever seen in any form of football.
