She's an introvert and possibly a deep thinker in an extrovert profession. An introvert wearing so many hats will have so many moments of self doubt in the quiet moments alone. To face those head on and overcome them, like she's said she has, requires honest reflection. I agree, very refreshing and it's lovely that she can be appreciated because there are precious few like her.

I really have to say, that song and that video, the ONLY song in almost a decade that I play all day over and over and over and I have not gotten tired of it. It’s so 90s early 2000s I listen to it waking up, I listen to it when I go to sleep, I watch the video, and the background vocals are genius so subtle but when you really listen, it’s so beautiful and that’s what makes the song. The video came out, and I had alot to do, but I literally watched it all day over and over and over, sent it to my friends. I never knew cardi outside of her persona, but to hear her literally doing so much she didn’t even have to do, and wanting normanis success, I’m in love. So awesome. Bought both the song and the video. I need Merch! Great interview!

She's refreshingly honest but Motivation was such a brilliant record/video/moment that could've led the way to a superstar making album. That kinda wave doesn't happen every day...ride it, don't doubt it. Hopefully this album will get her there.

So many gems in this interview. Normani is the real deal as an artist. She’s honestly giving a lot of advice for upcoming talent and for future artists to take notes cause this is how I’ve felt for a long time. The music industry is changing again and I feel like ppl need to take more control over there destiny versus letting outside sources take control of you. Don’t let that go over your head but this really gave me more confidence to manifest my life. This world is so judge mental and people care so much about what ppl think about them which is already difficult in itself. Without saying too much I watched this interview at 3;45 in the morning it’s giving me lots of confidence to persue my true dream which is music . I haven’t always been the most confident person but now I can completely relate . Incredible feeling!!!

Such a full spectrum interview. I watch because of the openness, casual arena, and sincerity. Dan...it was such a r e a l moment when you had goose bumps as Normani shared an extra deeply personal moment. Zach...I enjoy the tone of your voice. A voice that makes your interviews seem genuine. The guest feel "at home" and not guarded. Normani....what a deeply personal and revealing interview. I feel we " know " more about you as a human being beyond your fantastic capabilities presented. Congrats on "Wild side" and your amazing mother's health.
