For double Strength available dose is 8mg not 4mg so rate will be 3.75 ml/ hr

According to the formula if we solve the equation by putting all the values at their place. It comes 18.75 but you had shown 1.9 can you please explain it.

Answer will be around 1.87 not 18.75 For your reference infusion chart is given at the end of the video.(4.32)
