Appreciate the vedio. But Why take 3 ampule for dilute? Is it a rule? the available strength of ampule can be changed acc to hospital setting. Then how dilute?

Simple 1000mcg in 250 ml so 1ml =1000/250= 4mcg

3mg dilute to 50ml with NS = 60mcg/ml. It depends upon the order For your reference : www.ambulance.vic.gov.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/arv-infusions-table.pdf

Mam in 3rd example Desired dose is 0.1 Quantity is 250 Time is 60 Body weight is 70

If 1 ml is 4mcg then 250 ml is 62.5 mcg. ... Then available dose is 62.5 mcg.... Formula is 0.1×250×60×70÷62.5×1000 =1.68ml/hr
