Noodle salad with TUNA and wafu dressing | Bart van Olphen

Hi everyone! I’m here with a new Fishy Friday. So glad you’re watching. Today I'm making a noodle salad with tuna and wafu dressing. So excited this recipe was so nicely reviewed by Sam Sifton in the New York Times when my book came out! They loved the recipe! Do you know wafu? This is a traditional Japanese vinaigrette made of soy sauce, rice vinegar, mirin and oil. It goes really well with the tuna and wakame seaweed in this noodle salad. Super tasty and easy to make. Are you ready to try it?

What are the entities or certifications one should look for when buying canned tune in Latin America? Salad looks banging!

Hi! MSC for wild caught seafood and ASC for aquaculture! Make sure the tuna you buy is caught with pole and line! Thanks for watching

Did you survive COVID?
How and when are you coming to Sweden to taste our fermented herring? You have to hurry, it's soon outfished here... You might have one or two years, because of Danish bastards taking them all (to feed Nerwgion salmon) Sweden gets nothing. Just the leftovers (a dead sea). The big rawlers are killing the sea where I live, and that make me so angry. Want to try a can of fermented herring with me and my friends? I hope you say yes, We're not exotic, but "surströmming is nice!
