Hi everyone! I’m here with a new Fishy Friday. So glad you’re watching. Today we are making something special: a delicious piece of salmon with a crunchy walnut crumble and colorful chard. The very special salmon is from the family owned farm in Kvarøy, Northern Norway. This salmon is revolutionary because it gets the most sustainable and high quality feed there is, grows up with extra space to swim around and is free of any antibiotics or chemicals. Like the look of this dish and the previous 3 recipes, all look super tasty, dont recall having a nut topping on salmon before, sounds good, another new experience.

What oven temperature did you bake the salmon? I’ve tried your recipe before and it was delicious, thanks.
