Noodle Journey Episode 146: Nongshim Kimchi Noodle Soup
Noodle Journey is an episodic review series in which we learn all about instant noodle brands and products and then do a deep dive into the noodle quality, spice level, and overall flavor. All reviews are as thorough as possible. The noodles are cooked according to the manufacturer's instructions using only the contents of the product package unless otherwise indicated. Well done! Hubby lives this stuff. Some Canadian grocery stores carries a square noodle version of this that is missing one of the flavor packets. It’s similar but not the same one he loves. People laugh when they see me feeling up the package to see what shape the noodles are in. 😂

Always remember that % is a recommended daily allowance, not biological law. The more you look into where that number comes from and who sets it...well, see for yourself and then decide how much you respect it.
