Mushrooms are half of the dish, haha. BUT, someone could make a beef and onion version if they don't like the shrooms

Also if it does taste too coconuty, can you substitute the coconut milk for like a dairy free cooking cream?

I have not seen dairy-free sour cream where I live. However, if you are using dairy free cooking cream, you'll still need to add some sour flavor to mimic the sour cream. Thanks!

Thank you! My partner is lactose intolerant so that means our family can’t eat homemade meals with any dairy. Also people who don’t eat mushrooms are crazy and childish. Jk 😂
