Thank you Ms. Nikki! I was trying to figure out what to cook for dinner tonight but didn’t want to do a whole lot and your recipe was exactly what I needed. I used ground turkey and sazon because I didn’t have any complete seasoning. I also used only 2 cups of beef broth or else it would’ve spilled over. Nonetheless, it turned out soo good. I only wish I would’ve had enough for left overs. My husband and my boys tore it up. I so appreciate ya! ❤

Definitely doing this for dinner tonight!! Now that my oldest has started school I been trying to find some quick Easy yummy dishes! This is perfect! But more kids don’t like noodles 😩 so I think I’m going to serve it over rice!

Oh, how this dish takes me back to my East Chicago roots! We've been making a very similar version of this since the early 1970's. In a time we couldn't afford much more than fried Spam sandwiches for dinner. Dishes like this checks all the boxes... taste good, filling, easy to make and best of all affordable.

This came out amazing! My can of cream of mushroom was smaller than yours so I just added a little Xtra sour cream, still came out amazing! Just a tip if the sauce seems a little watery, like mine came out, just let it simmer a little longer, and trust the process! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
