NOKTA MAKRO Simplex SP22 vs SP24 - Coil Test
Now it's time to find out how both the SP22 and the SP24 coils perform with the Simplex. I went back to the flea market grounds to conduct this test because the ground is full of targets and most of them are fairly shallow. More testing videos are coming with the SP22 coil.

Hey that’s great! Thanks for being a supporter of the channel. It means a lot.
Great video! I've been using my Simplex for a few years now. Running the stock coil. Been thinking about getting an sp 24, so this was a great piece of info for me. It really does cut down on the chatter. GL and HH!

If you have already gotten the SP24, I hope you have been finding great relics and coins! I’m behind on a few comments. 🤦♂️
Your video is good what's good information but a bucket test with dirt in it like some people do would be the ultimate
Those look like excellent coils! You don't seem to lose any depth with them!💖

Thanks. I believe it will be a help to some.
Yeah, thanks for this testing. I'm goin' with the sp24, it is probably the slimline design that is causing the less chatter than the wide sp22. Both are nice though. Just subscribed and thumbed up.
Nice comparison video. Gonna check out the other two channels mentioned. Take care.

I went digging yesterday a couple of miles from home and got out and got all set up detector headphones pointer bag and belt. Reach in the back of my truck and no shovel. I had a had a hand digger but still went back for my shovel. Probably would have done the same for a hat.. 😆 Man was it a great lesson for me. I can't believe that you did it too. Makes me wonder how many other diggers done the same thing. Unreal.. pretty cool 👍 thanks

Been looking into getting a small coil for my simplex, I was leaning towards the sp-24, I think this helps me stay on that path

I agree with you there. I like the 24 a little better. As a matter of fact I went ahead and bought another one yesterday.
Thank You for doing this.. I wander if the Sp22 coil would be better in field mode as the sp24 is more designed For trashy parks and better separation ... Keep up the great videos..

When I first got the simplex it had the 2.77 version I was extremely disappointed I wasn’t finding the stuff I thought I should find I found I could take a 50 cal musket ball place it on the surface of the ground and I’m guessing because of minerals in the ground it made it sound like iron or foil well I upgraded to the 2.78 and Mr. let me tell yea the results brought a smile to my face I could bury that same musket ball pretty deep and still get a good response I think it’s something in the iron bias the updatable machines are the way to go

That’s very interesting!! My original Simplex is 2.77. The new one is 2.78. I’ll have to keep that in mind to test that.
Nice comparison.

Those coils are cool wouldn't one have advantage over depending on the firmware you're using??
@southernrelics
2 жыл бұрын
it may. but after much more comparisons, I like the SP24 coil better, even if it was running on the 2.77 firmware. more testing will be required
Are these better than the stock coil? Thanks
@southernrelics
Жыл бұрын
Better? Well, they are for different types of areas. If you like hunting in the water, the SP24 coil is great for target separation and is about the same width as the average sand scoop. They are both good for really trashy area like parks. They lose a little bit of depth compared to the stock coil. Maybe an inch.
Bueno y cual es mejor ?

can anfibio 14 be used PS24 coil?
@southernrelics

No. The Anfibio detector has its own series of coils that start with AF.

No. If a coil has SP in its name it only works on the Simplex.
Dude you were on a roll by leaving your digger and your hat at home.ibhaye when that happens. I like that elliptical coil looks very sharp. Have you ever taken the bottom of the cool cover to clean the junk trapped in there
