Noga Kadman's book, Erased from Space and Consciousness, was published by the Indiana University Press in August 2015. It explores various ways in which the Palestinian villages depopulated in 1948 are being erased from and marginalized in the awareness and collective memory of Israelis. Village sites are named and mapped. Some are now within tourist sites, and some now are the sites of Jewish communities.
