I find it strange that people keep saying this is too bizarre or surreal or it's "anti-comedy" or whatever. It's like people just look at a few stills from the show and assume they know what it is. If you actually listen to and follow the jokes, they're pretty straight forward. It's full of quotable lines and clever set ups. It just LOOKS different and silly and fantastical, but that's the "kid's show" part of the "kid's show for adults" moniker. Like Joel said, "it's a weird show with normal jokes."
It's pretty easy actually. The player bar at the bottom of the video should have " II " . That's pause. Hit that to physically STOP the video, then if needed most computers (If watching on a pc) have an "X" at the top of their screen. Activating that will shut the page down. When watching on other devices, the method for page closing can vary. On Iphone, for example, the home button does the trick.

I loved Noel in The IT Crowd and all the game/quiz shows he is on. He has a great sense of humour when he is on the spot but I find his scripted stuff to be really lame. I know he is better than this. It just seems like he is cashing in on really cheap/lame laughs that aren't laughs. Like a clown at a birthday party. You laugh but a second later you're questioning it. He's a brilliant person with a brilliant mind. He was made for more than what he is doing now though. I'm sure he will find his "big break" (if it wasn't already on The IT Crowd) some day. I back him 150% because I can see that there is something better he can come up with, so don't take this as hate speech. I haven't decided on whether I hate or like this yet though. I just find it hard to watch.
