Forgot to mention the video but as an A rank noctis does benefit Highly from Rank ups if you are missing a lighting attacker he is a good substitute until you can get Lucia crimson weave but if you do for you want to use him competitively as an A rank unit you should look into farming shards from farming for his shards to get him at least to SSS S+ if you really want to.
