This channel is a godsend to new players because the clean editing and presentation of information is both easy to understand and interesting to watch. I really appreciate the videos! I started playing PGR once the pc client released and from then my R&D pulls have just pushed me in the direction of the physical Bianca attacker frame. Before I even used my S-rank selector I had already pulled Rosetta early on and only thought it fitting to get Liv luminance and Lucia alpha from the selectors from there, so I'm ready to go once Bianca's new frame comes out.

THIS, THIS SO MUCH, I've been playing PGR for 2 months only and this is by far the best channel to learn, all the others try to help, but they put way too much informations for newbies like me to understand and everything ends up being confusing as hell, back then I watched about 5-6 videos of tutorials and I was still was very confused, it wasn't until I watched GrayRavenRadio videos that I started to understand stuff

@@kalamari3288 if you're not competetive in warzone or ppc, i think you can just roll every s rank with your f20pp currency and just use 5 star weapons though. coz i dont think story content is that hard

It can be hard to choose which S-Ranks to use your selectors on or which ones to save up for in the future. This video should make those tough decisions a little easier! EDIT: Accidentally wrote "Physical" on the bottom of Lamia's info card. When she comes out she'll be the best DARK attacker through at least the end of 2024!

So true, I have her in my JP account and good lord it's hard to master her. Especially, with her time stop ability sometimes can activate and sometimes can't activate. Confuse the shit out of me.

True. The god meta characters that are arriving kind of bend the core mechanics of PGR and will need a hefty amount of practice to optimize their gameplay. To make things more challenging, you'll have to optimize team compositions for them to do their best in War Zone and PPC.

I started playing during the anniversary event and I was so lucky to pull starfarer and empyrea (both early) on anniv banner select. After playing for a while I pulled Rosetta on the standard banner after 40 pulls so I picked Luminance on my free selector. I'm currently waiting for Bianca and Lee now since their team is pretty much complete. It's really amazing how generous this game is when it comes to gacha given the 100% debut drop rate which you rarely see on gacha games. I'll definitely be playing this game long term and its really good to know that there are meta units that are free to get like ayla and alisa in the future. Thank you for this informative vid I learned a lot and got an idea on who to pull for next ^ ^

Awesome video as always, its made me even more hyped for the upcoming patches/characters. Im so ready for hardcore goth Bianca and ultimate fire god husbando Hyper Lee. All those old school Final Fantasy sound effects make me wanna go on a 90s JRPG nostalgia trip too.

Luna should really be very high priority. There is SOOOOOO much time until Lamia comes out, and dark is so strong with the option for Vera Rozen which gets a leap upgrade way before Lamia, Selena is free to obtain by grinding and 21 is another pretty good tank that is not far behind Kamui. Creating a team with 2 standard banner characters is really easy for a beginner!

Been playing since launch so don't really need the info from this video (and I have every single character too) but your videos are really helpful, informative and just straight to the point so it's great for new players and the editing is very clean so it's an enjoyable watch. Selena entry is kinda misleading in that it doesn't mention that the comparison with Rozen only holds in Laurel teams which don't have any room for swapping in. She's still BiS at S rank if the dark dps is Astral or Scire - anyone that runs out of orbs, basically.

As a new player this channel has saved my soul many times and thankyou so much for that Sad that I came in late tho I don't think I'll get Bianca stigmata😢

Definitely saving up for Alpha. She just looks insane and looks strong. My first character I pulled for was the OG Alpha when she first came out on global so only makes sense to get her upgraded form. But as a free to play, hopefully I will get enough currency by then. 🤷🏻‍♂️

your right! i dont have rosetta and currently just build dark team. during Abystigma's patch i can obtain bianca and rosetta character/ and during wintery shackles i can obtain garnet and weave. i need to sacrifice to pull plume for my ice team for now. on the other hand, Liv empyrea is really reliable character alone with the right build. so currently my dark and fire team is complete

But pls i have a question can i want to use selena but i dont have that priority in grinding her to SSS. Is SS still good for her with her weapon or should i just grind vera to SSS

Do you know where i can find a roadmap of some sort ?. I liked the look of Liv: luminance. So i will probably still choose her for me selector if i dont get her in the first 40 pulls. But i missed the bianca banner. So i'm kinda at a loss as to how too proceed etc

i have a question on the S-Rank selector, so they just added those new frames for the S-Rank selector New players acquire when completing the tutorial missions, or this S-Rank selector in Wintry Shackles is for all players as an event reward or something else when the version dropped to CN?

Great video and work overall! Only thing I don't see is how Kamui Tenebrion is mid when it's the same case as Nanami Pulse but there isn't A rank fire tank.

I would imagine because the relationship between Tenebrion and Scire is complicated whereas the relationship between Pulse and Starfarer is like a Shopping Cart vs. a Lamborghini and there's no real situation you would actually want to pull or use pulse for meta purposes, it'd be better to just not have a fire team and wait for a banner with Starfarer on it (wish target or anniversary ideally) And pulse leap does, like, nothing as well

@@24spencerify You can pick Pulse from initial S rank selector and build 21 for dark team. That's two teams you can use meanwhile you get other characters. I also don't see how Tenebrion and Scire relationship is complicated. S rank Scire is similar to SS Tenebrion is you only want to use her as QTE bot (SS3 in more powerful than SSS Luna).

Maybe do another tier list or general infomative video only about A rank characters, perhaps? I was kinda sad you didnt include them in this video, as those are characters majority of players can get. I also was wondering about the power level of Noctis or Bambinata

Just started playing (for CW) and used my selectors before watching this video Luckily, after enough reading reddit comments I ended up with Kamui and Rosetta and I'm really happy about them lining up with the recommendations here. Looking forward to CW carrying me until I can build out these teams!

Same team, except Kamui. 2 weeks into the game and definitely having fun with crimson weave. Curious tho, which one will you get in the free S selector? I'm going for Liv Empyrea since she can be used for both support and dps since my fire team is pretty much nonexistent. Vera S is pretty much qte and Alpha CW can Carry without her.
