The Ad was AMAZING. I think for its premiere, the length was fine but for videos going forward it should be something quick and a lot shorter. Then bring back the long one every now and then. What do you think?

I find a good mix between quick and lengthy videos welcoming. Although I do have a preference for a slightly more in-depth analysis on products especially one that's used everyday, as in a chair, for instance. Overall, excellent videos.

The ad itself was only about 30 secs. The opening minute was a set up searching for the chair. A subtle way of interjecting an ad with excellent production and entertainment. Big ad agencies should be jealous.

@Liberty W, actually, some car seats have built in lumbar support that can be adjusted. I have an old Mercedes chair as my computer chair. The looks might not be the same, but it's more comfortable than my brother's DXR chair and my entire family enjoys it.
hey, did you get a chance to look at their newer chairs, especially the Hero? It has an adjustable lumbar support and I'm interested if you think it fixed the problem. Which other chair would you recommend as an alternative?
There's something about this channel that makes it wonderful to watch, can't put my finger on it but I always love the reviews from my man Dimitri 👌

I got a SecretLab Titan 2020, honestly I find it gives me excellent posture. It has adjustable lumbar support built into the chair and is firm but comfortable for long sessions. It was a bit on the pricey side for me, but since having the chair I have been very happy with my purchase.
my god your videos are getting better and better day by day loving your content !
Great review, thanks for making this video. I'm buying one of these though :)
I could see the frustration with these chairs having a curve especially when you want to be more upright (ie... typing tasks). One solution would be to get a long sleeping pillow/dakimakura and have it stand vertical. You will basically fully take advantage of the curve but still be in a fixed position.
I Used to have the dx racer drift edition how do u compare this chair from that im 6'1 and 220lbs is this chair big enough for me?
How does the vertagear Triigger stack up against this chair?
I liked the ad and you always do some pretty amazing camera work, so no surprises there :D As for my daily office chair - I've been using a car seat from my old Renault Clio RS 197 that was unfortunately written off. I welded up a sub-frame and mounted it to an old office chair base and it came out surprisingly well and I've been using it for just over two years now. It is absolutely not the best in terms of office chair ergonomics as it raises your thighs and knees just above your backside. But to make use of what I had around me I'm quite happy
Thanks for the video, you've just saved me some money 😀. I was thinking of getting a gaming chair but I'm not now, I'm gonna look into something more comfortable.
what would you recommend as a great "gaming" (long desk sessions) that supports great back health?
Would you recommend this chair over the Vertagear SL5000 that you reviewed not too long ago? Is the Vertagear better for support? I work from home and would love something that is comfy when relaxing and maybe gaming but when working I do need something that gives me good posture and supports me well when I'm focused.
Thank you for your video. I am looking for a new computer chair and was attracted to this one at first. Because of your video I will put some more thought into what my next chair will be. Cheers.
I tried to order but they wouldn't ship it to me. I'm in Los Angeles, CA.
Coming up on 500k subs! Well deserved :) #exciting!
Hey Dimi, they've corrected the lumbar support now? havn't they? in the 2020 versions they have a knob on the side for lumbar adjustment. Have you tried the 2020 version? If so what do you think now?
I just won one of these and can’t wait for it to get here!
That Intro (and even the ad integration)... brilliant man.
Appreciate the honest review and not just gushing about how wonderful the chair is because you want to get another free sample, which is what I think many other reviewers would do.
Loved the editing in this video
Hi HardwareCanucks, may I ask which mat do you recommend for your gaming chair on the carpet? the wheels of the chair can destroy the carpet in the long run. Also, do you have any thermal issue with the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ATX Tempered glass case? I have one and the front aluminum panel prevents air intake even though I use 2 140 mm Corsair AF fans.
Man the ads and the funny scenes opening videos.. They are freakin amazing! Go on with the awesom job!
If only finding a chair were as easy as that of the intro //cries Nice stuff, as usual!! Keep it up!

Honestly, after working in an office with it, it is amazing. You don't even think about how you have been sitting in your chair all day, no aches or pains, no sweat. But it is still really expensive. I've purchased a knock-off of it that does the job admirably for only 200 Canadian. It's a Lorell Executive High-Back chair. I use it at home and it is totally worth
I have some Ikea swivel chair that does the job but really want to upgrade to something like this. Really liked the review, made a lot of sense and addressed my concerns with these sorts of chairs.
What's your opinion on this chair vs the Triiger 350SE? Was totally hooked on that one since your review, but the leather has given me pause to think. I'm of a smaller build, so I tend to get away with a lot when it comes to chairs. but as you have sat in both of them, was their a first initial like greater for you out of the two?
Really nice review on a chair, I was thinking of buying my first gaming chair but never thought about those interesting points for back support. Thanks for your reviews!!! Greetings from Mexico =D.
Got this HON Ignition Series Black Fabric Mesh Mid-Back Work Chair It is almost perfect and has a lifetime warranty. Very adjustable and well made
I LOVE THESE AD YOU MAKE IN THE INTRO :)
I have a question, can this thing run most triple a titles in the highest setting? I've been looking for something that is worth buying so please tell me ;)
Thanks for this video. You just saved me a lot of time!
So I'm assuming you would recommend this over a dx racer? I'm currently in the market for one.
Hi i'm late seeing this video but I'm in the market for a new chair and I'm wary to pick up one of these "gaming" chairs..Im curious what kind of chair you would recommend for daily all around comfort and use? thanks
@HardwareCanucks is always there when you need a review on a office products...Keep of the good work.
Between this and the Secretlabs Omega 2020 series, which one should I pick?
I was thinking about buying a new chair, and was strongly leaning towards a fancy looking gaming chair. I'm glad I saw this video. Thanks!!
I love the editing!
Glad to hear someone selling it straight. I picked up a used Steelcase Leap for $175 and it's been the best posture upgrade I've ever had. Compared to these gaming chairs, it has better reclining control, better castors, MUCH better posture control. It even has the rotating and adjusting arms that you mention here. I only wish I had a headrest for it when it's time to relax, but one day I'll upgrade to a Herman Miller Aeron for that level of comfort.

Unless case manufacturers tend to release a lot of stuff in the 4th quarter, September/October seems like a good time for "best X of the year" content since retailers often run a lot of special sales/discounts later in Autumn where people could buy the items you recommend.
That SuperChill intro had me laughing! 😂
i look forward to your review of an ergonomic chair.
You truly are a god with the camera, Dimitry. Keep it up!
can anyone tell me the absolute minimum height measurement of the armrest (with both the seat and armrest completely lowered), (measurement from the floor to the top of the armrest)? last chair i bought (not these) was still too tall even with the seat lowered completely (was higher than my keyboard tray!!) :( :( :(
is the icon better for working all day in a chair? any tips appreciated!
What chairs do you recommend for gaming, daily use.
Thanks for this honest review. Been looking for a good gaming chair that I could also use for working from home. Happened to come across noble and thought it checked a lot of boxes for me and the kind of chair I was looking for... The concern with the backrest prevented me from buying (to name a few) and its good to see my concerns were somewhat justified by this review. On days I'm working from home and then gaming in the evening, I could be in a chair for 12-15 hrs or more. Excessive I know, but a recommendation on a fully adjustable, supportive and comfortable chair would be very appreciated (I appreciate the subjective nature of the request). Problem is, I don't think one exists yet... Have so far tried chairs with fixed arms but very comfortable (lacking adjust ability), RH 4 Logic (very adjustable but lacking comfort), Obbutto revolution plus the flight sim extras (don't even get me started on the difficulties associated with that). The quest continues. AJ
I measure only 1.60 meter so do you think i am too smal for this chair? (I al French)
I use a Steelcase Leap at home. I love it because there are many adjustments. Their philosophy isn't to force you into a specific posture, like most chairs seem to do, but to let you adjust everything. Angles of arm rests, depth of the seat, the lumar support, however and whenever you want to. That's what lets me comfortably sit for hours, it feels like I own multiple styles of chair because of how adjustable it is. I think they retail around $900 (so like the Aeron price range) but they last forever. I got mine used, years old. $250. It's still in great condition. I always try to buy used anyway, then if I screw it up I won't feel as bad. Also, you can typically find them on sites like craigslist for around $350 (below $300 is kinda rare.) but still the price range of those terrible gaming chairs.
I have been using Herman Miller Mirra 2 fully loaded for 3-4 years now. It was a huge investment but it was worth it. I'm really interested in this Noble chair , too.
i like the creative skits they are great
so which chair do you think is good for 9-5 everyday working
Great video. I'm just wondering how something like Raynor Ergohuman Chair ME7ERG compares if both of these chairs are almost the same price, seems like you're better off with a chair built for office use.
i have a herman miller aeron but i kind of regret it, was thinking about getting a dxracer or something similar but then after watching this video, i don't regret it as much now. still open to other suggestions.
Love the review man
I got one of these chairs as a christmas gift I wasn't expecting the back pillow felt really firm and not very comfortable to use and tilting this up straight did feel really odd. My feet only barely touch the ground at the lowest height. I've had back pain twice since getting this chair. It feels fine if I tilt the chair back and lean into into it but I'm pretty certain this isn't a good thing to do for long peroids of time. I also spend most of my day in my studio office. I checked out 3 videos about this chair and two of them mentioned this lack of lumbar support.
Does anyone know the monitor mount that he is using in his setup ?
What would you recommend as a daily ergonomic driver chair then Dmitri or anyone else for that matter. I've been looking in the market for a chair since I need one. Something that will help my posture. For around 300$ what are my options anyone?
i actually like mine really comfy and i workout alot so the leather really gives me a comforting experience
I took an old Mercedes leather chair which has adjustable lumber inside and mounted that to a steel base on wheels. it's absolutely comfortable and I've had no pain for over 2 years now. It's a bit of a challenge to get the frames to fit depending on the car, but it's worth all the effort. it's a lot cheaper too. and no shoulders being thrust forward, especially I have a wide chest.
I had the same problem when sitting in a real car seat - that in the GT86! Not sure if I'm the wrong height or something but my shoulder blades hit right on those stupid upper "wing" supports. If I wanted my back to touch the actual seat back I had to force my shouldes forward in a really strange way.
0:26, what monitors are those?
Right now, I'm sitting in a 'Hykens' model chair from Staples, and I think it's amazing. I sat in a DX Racer one time, and it wasn't as nice as the one I have now.
I love your videos, I would rather your ads than adsense, videos are ultra creative so keep up the amazing work.
I'm looking for a gaming chair which chair would you recommend?
I've tried ergonomic office chairs and they kill my lower back. I have an issue with anything pressing against my lower back, which is why I sleep on a very hard bed as well. So a pillow is better than a built-in "ergonomic" curve.
What's the best gaming chair that you can get that wont burn a whole in your pocket.
Noble, Maxnomics, DXRACER, as well as others might actually be using the exact same OEM for their chairs. They all look the same!
Great honest review!
When was chair shopping I was looking at all brands like DXRacer, Maxnomics, and to the higher end brands geared towards regular home office use. The biggest problem I came into with the non gaming chairs were that the backrests were too short. I'm 6'5" and 230lbs. Almost every great office chair I found simply had too short of backs. Even the low end DXRacer's. I ended up getting the higher end a DXRacer King series and that fits me quite well and I'm happy with it. The thing is is that for people tall like me these gaming chairs are basically our only option.
@Jake-cp4wb
6 жыл бұрын
I know exactly what you mean. I have the same problem. I took a three hour drive (I live in a rural area) to try out a couple steelcase chairs and the backrest on all of them was way too short, not to mention the depth of the seatpan being so shallow I couldn't sit on my leg.
LOL Love those DIY commercials. Keep doing those!
Couldn't be happier with my $120 Hyken technical mesh task chair. Has a headrest, can recline, and is mesh so that it doesn't get too hot in the summer.
Both Noblechairs and Secretlab do a model with built in, adjustable lumber support. I've actually just ordered the Secretlab one, which is the Titan model, although I ordered it in their Softweave finish, because my skin gets irritated by PU and leather. Either way, people may find that the built in lumber adjustment overcomes the issues you mentioned with the back support.
Hi I am a new comer to your channel, I was wondering about gaming chairs and i was already locking on this chair but then ... well ... your video. I am spending ALOT of time on the computer, gaming and studying. I have lower back problems and thus I need a chair with alot of lumbar support, neck support would be a great addition too. I am also as I stated before on a kind of tight budget, which chair would you suggest for a daily prolonged use?
VertaGear PL6000. first non-walmart chair ive ever bought and im glad i did my research.

I had to return 3 of those chairs because the sitting base couldn't support me while leaning in the backrest (how you're supposed to used them). It bend all down so the backrest would bend back on the zone of that lean-back mechanism. Same story from my brother with his DXR.

Hi dimitri. From the 3 chairs, which one is the most ergonomic for you ? Keep up the good work
This maybe out of the blue and random, but what is the guitar that was next to the sofa?
I have this chair, and that posture at 5:54 is actually functional since I'm one of those guys that always find leaning a bit forward towards the desk and monitor is helping to focus. So I can have my back supported by the chair and elbow by the desk. The chair itself is very comfortable with or without the pillows. I have myself several times napping on the chair all night. The only negative is that, they should make the headrest cushion softer and cushy. The big vents on the headrest were really unnecessary and uncomfortable. Overall, the comfort you gained is almost worth the price you paid.
I would like to see what your opinion on a herman miller or Ergohuman chair, comparing them with the gaming chairs
can someone find out what the most COMFORTABLE gaming/computer chair is?
