Mr. Chomsky's continued presence and wisdom is a gleam of light in these dark times.

Noam Chomsky appeared in the Israeli Palestinian simulation twice. This is what he said : “. These are grim and gloomy days in Israel Palestine with forebodings of much worse to come. During these difficult time the deliberations discussions of Josef Avesar’s, Israeli Palestinian Confederation, are a rare glim of light that offers the possibility for better future under some kind of common government for Palestinians and Israelis that may be a hope for the better world that all deserve.” Noam Chomsky , February 26, 2023

With all due respect to the person of Mr. Chomsky but there can't be a thought even for a shared confederation between a people of whom one is an occupier and the other an occupied. The only way is like what happened in the U.S, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Extermination of the indigenous and rule of the occupation. Unfortunately it was possible in those four countries but it's not possible in Palestine for the reason that Palestinians are a people of faith, be they Christians or Muslims. In the other countries where the U.K and France were able to subdue and exterminate the indigenous or at least transform them into a docile people was because they didn't have a faith as strong as the Palestinians. Someday the occupiers must leave. Time will tell

Time goes on, and history moves on, things change, and those that cling to the past get left behind. Palestinians need to move on, go live their lives elsewhere while they still can, while some countries are still welcoming to them, go somewhere nice and live well and prosper, instead of wallowing in the hellhole that is Gaza and being a subject and pawn of both Hamas and Israel government. Hatred and violence is not the way, all the innocent children dying in Gaza are condemned by their own parents as much as by the bombs from Israel. "Occupier", "occupied", these are all just political buzzwords, first said by political power brokers, there is no need for Palestinians to condemn themselves for these words, move while they still can and find a new home. In the future, when the time is right, maybe the issue will be resolved peacefully and diplomatically, but staying there with Hamas and right wing Israel government in power is foolish.

That’s the ideal but. Can we see Israelis agreeing to it?

That's a crazy idea. Jews and Palestinians in one country. Who's going to protect the jews? This is the problem of people living in the West trying to solve the Israeli Palestine issue. Besides Israel is a sovereign state, who's gonna disissolve it?
