The great flood is so fascinating to me. How did the flood effect saltwater fish? Did it become brackish? And where did all the water go after?

The water is still here, level the ocean basins and continents, the earth would be covered by 8,800 feet of water. And there are fresh water fish that tolerate salt water, sturgeon, the salmon types. The materialists have a problem where the water came from. The primary theory was comets. But the comet water sampled is 30% deuterium. And would the earth be expected to survive the thousands of comets slamming into the earth, their nucleus averaging 6 miles across to deliver so much water?

back into the earth they (scientists) found 3 times the amount of water we have on the surface 400 miles deep. And also the oil itself couldve been the water because it says that God caused a wind to blow over the waters this would pressurize the water to go back into the earth from where it came but this time it took plants, dead sea creatures etc. the water underneath came from the surface by subduction.

Even Lord Jesus mentions in Matthew about floodwaters and bedrock, everything is based on the Book of Genesis, such a gift to receive soo much revelation from our Lord Anyone who listens to my teaching and follows it is wise, like a person who builds a house on solid rock. Though the rain comes in torrents and the floodwaters rise and the winds beat against that house, it won’t collapse because it is built on bedrock. - Matthew 7:24-25

The blood of heaven's Child is the cost of sin, but what is the definition of sin? Sin is the transgression of the law. What law? - Jesus said not just sex outside marriage is adultery, lust is adultery. Jesus magnified the ten commandments and He kept the fourth; He fulfilled them, all of them. He is our example. 8 people were on the ark. Shall we try to be disciples without all discipline? Shall we entrench ourselves in prepared excuses to meet our Husband, or shall we abandon our self-trust and surrender all; utterly vulnerable and submissive?

@@chrisdc1689 Yes. That's what's implied by the creation of a new Earth. Biblically speaking, if it wasn't, then John would have had to refer to the destruction of all things as the first Heaven and the second Earth if it's not a catastrophe that exceeds the severity of Noah's Flood. The fact it's referred to as the first Earth suggests it's the vaporization of the entire planet. I would say that Genesis chapter 3 is the worst chapter of the Bible as it brought about the fall of man which resulted in the wickedness that brought the flood. Secondly, every child that dies bodily will be in the eternal heaven. This passage is an illustration of God’s election of His people. He didn’t approach the Egyptians (children of darkness) at all but told the Israelites (children of light) to get up and get out of that country. The blood was only meant for them and not the Egyptians. Not absolutely all of the Egyptians are children of darkness but God chose to show us through this type and shadow of the limited atonement of Christ’s blood. @@stevenrgates You are mistaken, my friend. It says in Revelation that Satan will be bound up by circumstances (because the wicked are all slain when Jesus came the 2nd time to collect the redeemed, and the great birds are called to feed upon their flesh). As a result, Satan is thrown into the bottomless pit (in reference to the condition this world will be in after the seven last plagues bring this world down and the ongoing horrific earthquakes this world will experience when the redeemed are in heaven during the time he is stuck here with no human to bother). When the 1,000 years *on earth* are up, Jesus brings the redeemed back to this world from heaven, with the New Jerusalem in tow. At this time, Satan will now have people to tempt, i.e. the wicked who are now raised to life. Both the fallen angels and humans alike will then have to face their punishment. Since John does not write consecutively, but rather presents a scene, backs up and fills in details; then jumps ahead with another scene, backs up to fill in details. This happens often with him and was part of the style for many of his time. Source: Rev. 19:11 -- 21:8 KJV
