A LOT!!!! Of people are pissed off about this, And the KZreadrs (( Animators, reviewers, lets players )) are starting to show their concern... But yea before we had the freedom of choice to turn it off BUT FUCK they pretty much made everyone unable to leave or view comments without fucking G+ THIS SITE BECAME A TWITTER AND FACEBOOK CLONE!!! Agreed. Google+ sucks ass and is becoming literally KZread itself too. The new way of commenting sucks (In some ways), and it fucks up everything. I honestly do not know what they were thinking when they made this update. It was a terrible choice. Now screamers and virus uploading sites will fill every comment section on KZread, when that was exactly what KZread was trying to prevent.

I loved how it asked for a little bit of permission and begged....Summed it up quite nicely

The Google+ comment system is so much better than the old way. I love just being able to bring up my notifications and instantly reply. The old way required me to go back check email then go back to the video and reply. How is this worse? I also can't count how many times I had to cut a reply short because I had reached the character limit.You can even edit comments now it really is a lot better.

I have not been a member of the KZread community for very long, and only briefly knew the old system. I suppose the people who have been on for a long time would have a different outlook. Also content creators are probably being bombarded with a lot more notifications then before. That could probably suck. It's just been a improvement for me personally for the reasons listed.

Google plus is great because of the awesome drop down menus conveniently covering up half the screen and re-appearing every fucking time you navigate to another video. Also since changes have been made, the ads have got from one to two on most videos, sometimes three. I love having to wait ten fucking minutes to watch a twenty second clip of a cat falling asleep or something. Its GREAT. GOOD JOB GOOGLE.

i know this is long but i hope youll read it: if you werent here in 2007...you dont know amazing or "ok" in terms of youtube as a site google bought youtube at the end of 2008...thats when it all went to shit and has been gradually getting worse since...i remember when i could find a PM sent to me without going through a House of Mirrors style maze to find the damn inbox i remember when people could post videos and actually keep them up because they werent actually infringing any copyrights i remember when to report a video...there was an actual team of people who looked it over to make sure you werent bullshitting them just because you didnt like someone here i remember when getting support on youtube allowed you to be in contact with real people over email/etc but google bought youtube, threw out 99% of the staff, and automated everything and now we have the mess that is youtube...where you dont even have to be breaking copyright laws and someone can be a jerk and make a false report and before you know it...your video is terminated and if your unlucky, your entire youtube account is too i remember when rules about youtube were enforced...nowadays those same rules mean absolutely nothing they have a set of guidelines that you dont have to look far to find 2.5 billion people violating them..then you have people who are clearly NOT violating but getting their videos reported from stuck-up jerks and THEN being punished as "per terms of violating guidelines"...which means the whole system is screwed up if google hadnt automated everything and kept youtube mostly the way it was...we likely wouldnt have half these problems theres a reason i never became a video uploader...after google took over some asshole tried to claim i was using someone else's work on the only video id ever put on youtube...i found who the other guy was, looked at his video...mine was made 1 month prior...and i hate to say it, but that means i did it first given the below-detailed circumstances: Spore's Creature Creator Demo had a feature where you could take small clips from within the demo itself and upload them straight to youtube to sorta "show off" your creature you made....so theres no way in hell he did it first cus they both were uploaded directly from the game demo itself...meaning the date on the video is WHEN it was recorded/made...so since i had a month on the other guy..that means i made it first but of course google didnt care...they took down my video anyway...and i didnt even bother to file a complaint...no point when id have a 200 character text box to attempt to make an appeal for a potentially complex problem...200 characters is not NEAR enough to explain such a thing in enough detail to make sense also ive known people who tried that only to get some seemingly automated response going "we looked over your claim and checked it out but still feel we should uphold the ruling" some of these people had videos taken down for completely false reasons that made NO sense whatsoever if you actually watch their video...yet somehow google "checks it out" yet still finds it reasonable to keep the video deleted...youd think no human could see a complaint for "spam, scams and false advertizing" proceed to WATCH the video..then actually think it is that...especially when its clear as day its not...i get the feeling that guy was a victim of someone who just didnt like him and decided to report the video and make false claims about what the video did it only took him 2+ months to get his video back...and he was only able to thanks to a couple sponsor groups...and they said getting just simple information from google to help solve this issue was "like pulling teeth"...but if you arnet part of a sponsor program...your screwed...because they are the only ones with enough resources to contact actual people at google...and to get a sponsor group, you need to be making money off youtube videos cus part of the sponsor thing is: you pay them a small bit of your youtube salary and in exchange they give you access to help and services you otherwise wouldnt have so most youtubers dont have a sponsor...so if we get some jerk mad at us for whatever pointless and stupid reason the other person may think they have...if they get our videos removed we cant do anything about it...and youtube/google has a "3 strikes your out" policy...so if your reported for problems 3 times within a span of some months...google will delete your entire account this makes the whole "copyright trolling" and "false reporting" crap rather serious...because it becomes an actual crime, at least the copyright trolling does making a fake copyright infringement claim is indeed a crime punishable by law

Lavos2007 Oh, man... I feel your struggle. Yes, I was on KZread before 2007, and it seems like forever now, because things changed too much. At the time I was too little to understand such matters, but in the way you put it, it seems like really a big deal. *sigh* I wish KZread wouldn't punish so many things that don't deserve it. I had many videos that I watched over and over again that got taken out for no reason. There should be a way to sort this out, to have a better solution, than just doing things in such automatic way. But well, who am I to know what I'm saying, I don't really know much about these things.
