Here is a quick tutorial on how to make DIY no waste coffee liqueur! With the return in popularity of the ever-delicious espresso martini, we thought we'd chime in with a recipe for homemade coffee liqueur that uses old coffee and coffee grounds as well as vodka to create an easy, versatile and delicious no-waste coffee liqueur at home. This recipe is one of our favorite ways to use up any and all of that old coffee and grounds for use in delicious and sustainable cocktails. Got a craving for espresso martinis? Well, using vodka and a little know-how, you too can have fresh coffee liqueur in as little as 24 hours.
As a bonus, we include a recipe for one of my favorite ways to enjoy coffee liqueur in a cocktail, the coffee equivalent of a Ramos Gin Fizz!

If you are adding used grounds and then old coffee, why not just brew some coffee without a filter and use that??
