I used to have an Amazon problem. I still buy from there sometimes but I made 2 commitments and stuck to them, and it changed everything!! 1. Only allow myself one day a month for Amazon purchase. This not only helps with impulse buying and forcing you to think about purchases, but helps the environment instead of the postie doing a delivery every other day. And gets you out of habit of doing a quick mindless order. 2. No CC!! For Amazon , I require the purchases to be made with visa debit so the money has to be there . If you don’t have visa debit you could buy Amazon GCs . Giving yourself a “loan” will enable you to think less about the actual cost.

How do you pay bills or buy gas if you can’t spend money for 30 days. My car gas tank won’t have gas that long. UPDATE: ok I saw on one of your other videos that bills done count. I can definitely get on board with this challenge. Should be fun! 😊
