About Seinfeld:
Seinfeld stars Jerry Seinfeld as a stand-up comedian whose life in New York City is made even more chaotic by his quirky group of friends who join him in wrestling with life's most perplexing, yet often trivial questions. Often described as "a show about nothing," Seinfeld mines the humor in life's mundane situations like waiting in line, searching for a lost item, or the trials and tribulations of dating. Co-starring are Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Jerry's ex-girlfriend and current platonic pal, Elaine Benes; Jason Alexander as George Costanza, Jerry's neurotic hard-luck best friend; and Michael Richards as Jerry's eccentric neighbor, Kramer.

No soup for you
The writing staff was looking for new idea. One of the new staff mentioned the strict Soup Salesman. They liked the idea and built on it. One of the best episodes.
Did anybody else just crave soup after this? I mean like I wanted the out of the soup cup with a plastic spoon so bad lol.

Bread? Two dollars extra! ... You want bread? THREE dollars! ... No soup for you! (Snaps fingers)
After 10 years of being a professional chef, this man is who I aspire to be. There is a place for warmness and casual etiquette, but there is also a place for respect. You don't respect the rules of the establishment, I don't serve you.
Good soup doesn't fill the stomach, it fills the soul.
30 Years later and the the phrase "No soup for you" is a household name.
Love the way Newman sidestepped down the counter and handed his money to the cashier and liked how he turned around to walk out like he was in the Army or something🤣👏
Seinfeld reminds me that adults really are overgrown children.
Bania “Hey Jerry, I didn’t know you like soup” “The best Jerry, the best!”
Soup Nazi:”you want bread?” George:”yes please.” Soup Nazi:”3 Dollar!”

If you look at the sign, a medium is 3 dollars, so that's pretty expensive bread!
