@@jamses4532 i dont know if you are lucky or not. i got so many spooks over the years. vlad being the worst offender at np3 and ozy being the second worst at np3 (one copy was form the free ticket a few years ago)

Thats basically me and Mama Raikou. 3 banners 55 Tickets 960 Quartz in the Drain. No Mom. A random Jeanne and Altera Ive never used. Even desperately tried on a GSSR banner. NP 17 5 star Event CE too. Meanwhile me randomly rolling for gil with 60 quartz and getting him. Desire Sensor is real.

Interesting. I've been curious of Tametomo since first seeing him a few years ago, and I love his aesthetic. And yay, Servant History! Cool story, and an interesting work-around with the Emperors.

I got him by accident and even though I have gil already, I love him so much! His real story is insanely based and his design rocks!

His NP is the Satellite Cannon from Gundam X. Pretty cool. The ignore defense is also cool but that's it. My NP5 120 Gil leaves no room for anyone else in this role.

Now I'm wondering what was going on in Bakin's story about Tametomo. Because that turned out to be important in this event story. And the 8 Dogs story by Bakin. I assume the JP side would know about these stories at least somewhat.

I see two ways they can size him up to his (somewhat unfair) competition: 1) They buff his NP, seems like the most logical thing to do given damn near all other 5* AoE Buster Archers have one at this point, he shouldn't be exempt. 2) They buff one of his skills to allow him to switch NP ranges, we already have precedent with Summer Barghest and compared to AoE, ST Archers are far more rare and especially for Buster. Either way I really hope he gets something soon enough, he has such a cool design and it's a shame to think he gets outdone by a handful of his peers in terms of damage.

The version of the story I heard, he killed his family to stop the taira from brutalizing them. Then he went out, notched one last arrow, and it was such a devastatingly powerful shot that it split the boat in two, making the rest of the fleet retreat. Don't remember where I heard it but that's the version I heard

i think the worst part is that napoleon is also general pool, pierce invul + defense, and an anti trait. oh yeah, and also an np upgrade. The only thing tametomo has over him is guts and crits, which isnt much

The fact that he gets somewhat outclassed by Napoleon, arguably the most middling of the stacked SSR lineup that are AOE Buster Archers, is kind of sad. An NP upgrade would at least let him compete with his compatriots.

Also, all of Napoleon's skills offer utility for the team. If only Tametomo is single target instead of AOE.

@@blurb9319 With the advent of harder 90++ nodes in the future, team comps will revolve around multicore setup. Any offensive servant with utility skills will be highly desirable. Even for some nodes, an NP would never be enough. Servants need to crit.

Also star generation + star bombs for much more crit spam consistency. Tametomo got screwed over hard kit-wise despite how unfathomably cool his appearances make him out to be.

Well, I rolled for him anyway with this video as a catalyst and I got my 4th Lobo, enough Izos to get him to lvl 120, and my penultimate Formal Craft. I consider that a success.

But why did they make him a mecha? Even in the game they say he was a flesh and blood person, so him being a machine as a servant seems a bit random.

I have Lv. 100 Napoleon but if I pull Tametomo I still might use him just cuz I like his design and character.
