I love hearing from people who have sightings or encounters so please feel free to email us with your story at sightings@lilithdread.com.
The first Michigan dogman sighting was in 1887 by 2 men that saw an unknown creature walking on its hind legs.
Whether it is the sturgeon man, wildman or dogman we all want to know if we are not alone.
The Michigan dogman has been seen mostly in the lower peninsula, but with more sightings reported every year we can’t help but wonder if the dogman is expanding his territory.
We look forward to hearing from you.

It was a Bigfoot. Try Sasquatch chronicles,Bigfoot radio, how to hunt, roundtable of knowledge are just a few. Just told a guy who's 75 years old and was Navy that Alaska has Bigfoots. He looked at me in the eyes and said he saw one. Was a baby but he didn't know. Said it was only 5-6 fr tall. And said it tried talking to him but he froze and couldn't understand. Said it gave him sign language to but then walked off after seemed a few minutes. Was really cool. That's the third person I've talked to directly that has seen one.

Bless her heart . I adopted a husky a couple of years ago. Turns out she was pregnant. Before long we had 7 puppies. There were gorgeous. Each puppy was adopted and went to good homes. One puppy Abigail was adopted by a women who was over the moon in love with her, she took Abby for rides in her car with the top down, and Abby loved the pool. She had a wonderful life, then I got the text message from a mutual friend. Abby had been killed. On Christmas Day the mom who adored her took Abby for a walk in the park. A place they walked often. All we got from The story is that as she walked Abby had gotten ahead just a little. The next thing she knew is something came out of the bushes. She fought hard to save Abigail. What ever it was fought both of them. Finally she got away and ran with Abby to the car, she was injured herself but she drove to the emergency Animal hospital. Abby lived through the night but was bleeding internally. And she was gone. She only lived 13 months. But during shot life she was loved dearly. To this day Abby’s mom will only say she didn’t know what it was that attacked them. She has not adopted another dog. I pray she heals from what ever she saw and what attack them and killed Abigail. This makes me wonder what it was that killed Abby. What did they encounter that day, it’s a fact that there have been sightings in our area of dog men and Sasquatches. I pray her sweet mom heals and adopts another puppy. And I pray I see Abby in heaven one day. Sweet little Abigail was the first born of that litter, I will always love you Abby! RIP sweet girl, Leslye

I’m so sorry to hear about her puppy… it’s always hard when our faithful loyal doggies pass, even harder when they are killed. I’ll say a prayer, and pray she adopts a dog from a shelter or the SPCA. There are so many dog’s in need of a loving home. We only adopt our doggies from the SPCA or take in a dog that need’s a home immediately. God Bless you. 😻🙏🙏🙏🙏

That's really sad. One thing that helps heal from a situation like that, is if she DOES get another dog, but I do understand the mentality of someone not wanting to get another. I had to convince my mom to get another dog after hers died (that dog lived with her for well over a decade) because she was so depressed, and that dog was her best friend - I told her that she NEEDS to direct those feelings towards another creature pal, and surely the spirit of the deceased dog would be happy to know her human mom still had a furball to accompany her. Never easy to lose a pet you're attached to - even if you only had it a year or so. It's rough - it's like losing a human for people who consider the animals a part of their family. We sure do in my family. It's hard to take that step for a lot of people, but replacing them with another isn't really "replacing" - because they're inherently all a bit different. Just like us, I guess.

  • @VeggyZ

@@elizabethsisney9145 Getting another dog might not be easy for someone who lost one they cared for, but it's definitely the right decision. Not only do those dogs you mention need a family, but they also fill the gap left in each-other's hearts. I imagine the deceased (humans and dogs alike) would be comforted to know their family still had a companion.

@@VeggyZ I understand, I should have been more clear, meant after some time. We have dog's for year's and when they passed we would wait a while before even adopting another dog. No dog can replace our dog that passed. But adopting one in need of a loving home is a blessing for us, and for the adopted dog. We’ve decided the next time we adopt another dog, we are going to adopt an older dog who has been discarded because of old age, and another dog, the one that has been there the longest. Fortunately for me, my Daddy loved dog’s and was a great trainer and taught us all how to train them. We had a small family farm and people would dump their dog’s near our farm. My Dad being a dog lover always took them in, trained them to help work on the farm. He couldn’t understand why people could be so cruel and discard animals like garbage. Now I do the best I can to do as he did. I’m blessed with my Husband who love’s dog’s and cat’s as much as I do, so we rescue, adopt and help many find good homes. If not they become part of our family. 😻🤗🙏🙏🙏

That’s like dropping off your parents at a homeless shelter because they old. Some people are pure evil and have no ties with their dogs, if they did they’d never do it. It’s sad. Dogs can teach people a lot about love & compassion. I couldn’t imagine A life without my pets. ❤️ they my best friends / children / companions and give me purpose to get up every day. I couldn’t imagine dumping them now they older. God Bless You for what you do.

I ran across one of your videos a couple days ago. It's refreshing to hear a soft-spoken woman talk about these things. Usually it's some overly pumped up guy expressing all his intense emotions. I like Vic condiff's dog man radio but I made a change. You have a very soothing voice. I usually listen to these stories at night while I'm laying in bed. Sometimes it takes me two or three days to get through a whole episode. It helps me go to sleep. Not that they're not interesting but I found that the best way to fall asleep is to try not to.

I absolutely love your stories, I live in Twisp Washington and have had my own experience with a creature I believe was a Dogman My town is at the base of the Cascade mountain range 8 miles from Winthrop,it was about 11:30 and my friend and I were headed to the only store open until midnight,a mini market in Winthrop. About half way there something bounded into the road in front of us honestly it was built like a hyena but about the size of a buffalo, with matted looking reddish brown hair thicker along the back and shorter in the leg area it crossed the road in two leaps stopping on the first jump in the middle of the road to look at usas we had come to a stop to keep from hitting it , it had glowing yellow eyes a long snout and pointed ears and a very angry snarl showing sharp huge teeth,it then turned and in the second jump cleared the road and disappeared, my friend and I looked at each other in disbelief wondering what the hell it was we just saw.Borh scared to death we needless to say didn't make it to the store before it closed, this is one of many experiences in the Method Valley we have had as well as many of the valleys residents have had with dogmen and or Bigfoot type bipedal creatures, will share more if you'd like, let me know. @@LilithDread So, I have heard accounts where people claim that once they have your scent they tend to almost stock you. Many accounts also claim to experience pure.evil emanating from them. Is it possible they are Nephilim or Demons. I'm not a bible thumper, but I am a believer. Lucifer turned into a snake according to the bible, so, is it possible they are demons and feed on our fear? That's why many people escape when they could have easily been killed? Just thoughts I have as I hear these accounts. I'm inquisitive and want to investigate to understand and share the knowledge I gain.

I thought about an encounter I had in Iowa over 15 years ago. I drove into a park along a highway to just have some alone time and listen to my music. My boyfriend didn't enjoy me blaring techno at that time after it got off work I just wanted to chill and relax after work. I saw something small. Like a 3 month old kitten. It wasn't a cat. I couldn't see a head. It was la furry puff ball like the tribbles on Star Trek. It went under my car. And another came to it from nowhere. After I started talking to them.they let out outter worldly growls and shreiks. I got in my car left. I went to the park some other time and saw them.again. They looked like tribbles They were shreiking. I didn't get out of the car this time. I just looked at them and I still don't know what they are. All I know is they seem mean

I am warmed by the stories that have such good narration. Personally, I have never encountered a Sasquatch, but twice in my life while hiking, I have felt like something was really off. The strange whistles and the knowldege that someone is watching every move you make are part of my memories of so long ago. Keep up the good work. I believe now.

Kudos to Colorado Springs response to the dog thing. The problem I struggled with with the Squatches I encountered is that they are so damn intimidating! But on more than two occasions - that I know of, there is probably more - they could have easily taken me out but didn’t. At the time of the baptism by fire incident I didn’t have this insight and I completely flipped out thinking it was a life and death encounter. Anyway a friend offered me s couple of pieces of advice that I still use to calm down: if they wanted me dead I would be and probably wouldn’t even know it was them that did it, AND no successful animal wakes up in the morning telling themselves that today I will find a life and death to engage in with another creature. And yeah these things are big but preying on another animal for food has risks associated with it. Without the element of surprise - or obvious power differential - a predator could easily take some manner of injury that could be enough to monkey wrench it’s survival if even for a while. This doesn’t mean they won’t take advantage of an opportunity, but don’t rush to attribute nefarious intentions. The nerve wracking turds I run into are smart. It would be insane for me to throw the first punch or first blow with a weapon.

That's always been my thoughts on these matters...since age 5-6. Grew up on a farm in W. Mich. I just figured they were an animal that was just here, like already. Like a normal thing. I would even take walks in the sand dunes at 3-4AM when I had trouble sleeping. At age 10-12, all the time and felt @peace and love. I would sit still and just watch. I had NO IDEA how much danger I Could have been in. The manistee national forest is a literal stones throw away. I'm 'IN IT' on a map! In the green that designates the edges of the forest lands. On the prairie to be specific. Been seeing ALL manor of 'things' as of end of 2022. Been a absolute trip. Too many things to even begin. I, my family & friends could fill 3-4 hours or more before taking a breath or stopping to answer any questions. These aren't stories or hand-me-downs, first accounts. Actually were there...

Love your show 👍 I go hiking every year in the Rocky Mountains off trail. I say a the base of mountains in Colorado Springs with my daughter. For 4 weeks. I hike during the week while she works. I seen some stuff. I’m off every year starting last week of December. So bears are not active. I got pictures of things. I’ve seen things out there that don’t exist supposedly. I’ve seen and got pictures of huge footprints. I got pictures of things standing upright. Big hair thing. Also some pictures of stuff in the sky. Weird stuff. No joke. I’m off now. But this is the first time in 7 years I didn’t get to go. ☹️ health issues. I’m going in may this year. Hope to get more pics. Not easy. I ask them at manitou spring railroad to pike’s peak. If they have seen Bigfoot around. She said with a serious face. Wrong time of the year to see him. Next question. She didn’t say she hadn’t.

At least carry bear spray for rural woods walks if you are unable to CCW an adequate firearm. At home keep a shotgun and a stun gun you are capable of handling in main bedroom. In your basement or crawl space store a cattle prod 18inch reach for backup (dangerous animals) with the power pack seperate for safety. Keep golf clubs or aluminum bat in your front jacket closet hidden by full length jackets. If you desire keep Louiseville slugger in your car trunk, dont forget a ball & glove for legal coverage! A dog is great early warning, just like this story. Be well
