One of the dishes I enjoyed eating as a child. And now thanks to you I’m able to cook it for my children. As a Singaporean living overseas, your videos are my go-to whenever I want to prepare Chinese dishes. Thank you!

My grandma used to cook this, but using pork instead of chicken. Sometimes with roasted pork. One of my favourite dishes! You should try it, it's awesome! Thanks for bringing back some lovely nostalgic memories!

Simple yet so flavourful

Cooked this with 1.3kg chicken (wings & drumsticks). Ratio your recipe and turned out excellent. The Salted Bean Paste is an important ingredient. Had some leftover, and reheated for lunch. Comfort food, I can eat this daily. Thank you for sharing
