Did not expect to see you here, but I guess it’s not a surprise we all watch this.
I never knew how comforting the sounds of crunching packaging and pouring things and stirring foods could be.
This really truly is peaceful
Thanks for the "no music" versions, much more relaxing #asmr
Liked! Now I can start watching ☺️🙏

It's delicious. I even thought it was done in 1 shot. Turns out the blooper are make sense :D. Beautiful. 10/10 would look it again.
The smell of that coffee must've been amazing
Your videos are such an inspiration to me and my wife's channel. I love the colours, the composition, the sound...it'll take time, but one day we wish to have the same quality as your content. Thank you for always inspiring us!
Excellent coffee roasting. I would suggest 3 improvements: 1. Cooling - You can drastically reduce cooling times if you have a cardboard box and vacuum hoover: tape the box airtight and cut 2 holes, one large hole suited to a strainer/colander, and smaller hole for the hoover pipe. Now when you dump the roasted beans, turn on the vacuum and stir until cool (~2-3 minutes). 2. Pre-heating: Before you load the green beans, try preheating your roaster for a minute or two. This will allow for a sufficiently high charge temperature to maintain the ∆T between internal and external temperature of the bean, preventing "baking" your beans, a defect Scott Rao mentions in Coffee Roaster's Companion. 3. Temperature tracking: Possibly the most important aspect in understanding and improving your roasting, is a reliable Bean Temperature reading

On #3. An inexpensive Thermocouple probe, ~2-3mm in diameter, coupled with a meter, could dramatically your roasting. Just note the temperature reading every 15-30s, and as the roast progresses, try to reduce the rate at which the bean temperature increases (ROR) by reducing your gas setting as you roast.
The sounds while he’s doing it are so lovely and peaceful. I love it❤️

Very peaceful video! Love that hand-held grinder & your little cage roaster! :D Wondering what the difference in the taste is between typical coffee beans & anaerobic coffee beans, I don't think I've ever had coffee made from anaerobic beans?

Anaerobic coffee beans are produced by fermenting coffee berries without oxygen. Some think it gives a better flavor than usual coffee processing, which is either drying them, or soaking the berries to remove the pulp.
