In regards to the student loan debt: just treat it like every other debt, via bankruptcy. That's all you need to do.

The only problem with being able to discharge student loan debt through bankruptcy is that there are retained benefits to that person. Meaning, they are still allowed to make money off their degree(s) despite no longer being responsible for the cost. The better option would be to require the schools to hold student loans, essentially backing the “value” of their education programs. Also there are a multitude of forgiveness programs available to people through ways of various employment, so there’s really no reason to just open the floodgates to using bankruptcy for people’s poor decisions

@@piezoman79 I think better option than that is to peg the degree to market forces. Meaning, if being a communications major will allow you to get an entry level position worth $30K per year, then that should be the cost of your tuition. Yes, if you were a CS major, then your school debt would be more, but only at the entry level, which would still be relatively scalable.

Trump already showed what he thinks about black people by trying to get his supporters to get him more votes from Georgia, Michigan, and Arizona so he can override the votes from those States. When that didn't work Trump called his racists extremist group friends from the White Nationalists, Proud Boys, and others to come to the Capital on Jan 6th to disrupt and overturn his defeat in the election and eliminate the minority votes. There are black men that still want to vote for Trump knowing that he tried and still trying to take our votes away from us. MAGA is a racist group by whites for whites The Black rappers don't realize that Trump will let the Jan 6th prisoners (White Nationalists) out of prison and they will be able to do whatever they want to do to us with Trump being the President behind them. If they can get away with breaking into the Capital nothing will stop them from breaking into our homes and doing what they want. People are very generous and willing to spend the taxpayers money until resources start drying up and it starts affecting them. At that point all of those that were so morally superior and giving when it came to other peoples money suddenly start feeling the pain. Self preservation will finally kick in but the unfortunate thing is by that point we have went well beyond our spending capacity so the next economic hit will be a lot more devastating. People will become a lot more vile and aggressive and all because they let their guard down and chose to forgo self-preservation because they were under the impression that their God, the government, was always going to get them out of their tough spot. But the positive side is that this event will create a lot of hard men which in turn will create good times, it might just take a generation for those good times to kick in.
