Hey bro, the cut was good however a high skin fade would actually bring more attention to the bald sides and gives a distraction and illusion to the thinning top. Just a suggestion since the mid fade looked good however wouldve been better for the fade to go a bit higher and remove some length in the middle since its fuller than the top👍👍👍

Almost zero maintenance and cost having a shaved head. It does help that I have a nice shaped head and my ears don’t stick out. If I had a lop sided head and my ears were huge I don’t know how I would feel about it. Plus I’m married so I really don’t give a shit what I look like anymore. Lol

As the Mom of 2 teenage boys (one is 15 and the other is 16) I can only imagine how hard that it must be for Jamie at such a young age. My husband is now bald (he had started losing his hair in his early 20's) and now that he's bald after losing his hair in the same area as you have, I think he looks AMAZING. I hope you know Jamie, I think so many will think you're handsome and can pull off any look you decide to go with! Hoping that you can gain confidence in your new haircut! You're sooooooo much more than just your hair. You're handsome, smart and funny, but even more than that, you seem kind and will have empathy so many will lack. Hoping for an update next year! ❤

People with hair don't realise how jarring it is to lose your hair. Loads of people say go bald with dignity, but it can really hurt you emotionally as it has with me. My friend went before I did, and mentally, he checked out of life for a while. It changed him overnight and it was horrible to see it happen to my best mate.

We know it hurts you, that's why the ham-handed advice. I myself am not losing hair, but I'm surrounded by people who are, including my brother, who started losing hair when he was 17. Everyone I know who's losing hair is a great person, with tons of potential, and most of them are limiting themselves for their situation. It's ENRAGING to watch intelligent, otherwise reasonable people let their hair dictate their attitude and kill their confidence. Watching someone suffer over their hair is like watching someone self-harm. That feeling of helplessness we get being around someone we love and watching them fixate on a feature we don't care about is such bullsh!t. I HATE IT. Some days I'm overwhelmed with the urge to scream "GET THE F**** OVER IT" ... Obviously that's not fair, but until people can get past this huge importance they put on their hair, they're going to let their self-confidence leak away until they're just a shadow of who they could be. I've seen completely bald men AND women that have great confidence, and are just living their lives in the best way. I wish we could do a self-confidence transfusion from those people to people like you. Just ... inject a different perspective so you can chop it all off and get on with your life. Sorry about the rant, especially since you're already dealing with a lot. Except it's not a lot. Or only is to you. And I'm hoping with all my heart, Mr. Internet Stranger, that you and your mate find a way to move past it, so that you can live your best lives, unburdened by obsession over a feature that ultimately makes no difference.

Your consultations hit every beat, and your easy manner is very calming (and reassuring) to your clients. And thank you x 3 that you're not doing ASMR. Lol. As to this particular gentleman, like you said, he has model features, it was only the mad comb-over what was holding him back. Honestly, you gave him the best early Christmas present by laying down that cut. He looked transformed, and you could tell that he was just itching to go show-off his new, improved look. Kudos to you, wizard. Yours, An American fan

Thank you for posting this video.Jamie looks really sensational. I went through a similar experience but things got really nasty for me and I was laughed at and eventually the situation escalated into violence and just pure humiliation. So I dealt with the situation and everything stopped being horrible. It’s just unbelievable that if you don’t conform you automatically become a target. Words used to cut deep. But now short hair and hair products I use , my confidence is sky high and I feel untouchable.Thankyou Dan.

What an amazing transformation from the before and after. I hope this young fella gets his hair growing back to full health (it must be difficult being young and to have hair loss at such a young age) , making the decision to take control and do something about it and I truly hope it works out for him. The barber was really nice and totally genuine and has so much skill and he knows the potential of what can be achieved ( years of experience and expertise ) - nice to see good things happen to good people. Thank you for the content as I was intrigued by the title and I guess you’re documenting a series and the results look so good.

My last year in college I had a hairpiece that I wore for the next 20 years! It was like a prison sentence, finally in 2003 I worked up the courage to rip it off and shave my head--a great decision, and I have never looked back. So , young guys, YOU HAVE CHOICES! If you want to seek out a good hair care routine or have procedures done then we love that for you too. It’s about time men got to explore what’s out there without all this negativity around it.

Frankly, though, he’s so attractive he’ll look amazing when he’s bald…it’s just a different kind of hot.
