Being a stutterer myself it's hard to tell the barber what I want but I'm glad the barber has the patience to just listen.

He is a great person who really cares for his clients wants and needs. Very helpful to them when telling them about their hair, if it needs special treatment or is okay. So kind and very professional.

My brother was a big stutterer in his younger days. He learned a little about breath control and quite frankly, if you didn't actually know him much you would never know. Or if he is really tired it tends to slip a bit more, but that breath control really helped him.

What a great guy. He wants to donate his hair. Many children lose their hair from cancer. God bless you young man. 😊❤🥰

Sweet Mother of Pearl !! What a transformation ! Jasper - I’m a 65 year old Mother / Grandmother, with two grown sons, so I’m saying this from a Mom heart: you are a really handsome young man, who was hidden under 12 years of hair growth. As soon as Dan cut off the pony tail, it looked like a weight had been taken off your shoulders and you looked 10 years younger. I would never in a million years have thought your hair was that thick. All that length/weight and the centre part…well, time for it to go. Dahhling…you look mahhvelous. You picked the right Stylist to do this. Dan - you are the Client Whisperer - an unbelievably great stylist, life coach, therapist, and genuinely kind guy, all rolled into one. Exactly what I was thinking… I’d have loved to see the reactions from his friends and family. I adore long hair on men but he looks so good with his hair this way.

What an unbelievable transformation! He looks so much younger and yet more mature. He looks so happy and satisfied with his haircut! What a nice young man!

@@Apollo_Blaze A damp washcloth works really well! I hosteled in Europe when I was 18 and obviously didn’t want to be carrying wet towels around. A washcloth absorbed got 95% of the water (wringing it out occasionally). I would just hang it from my pack and go! 🎉 A bandanna would work as well. You could wear it damp around your neck if you were hot, rinse it & wipe your face! ✌🏽

12 years, how many 12 years can a person have? In terms of hair length, this is the biggest transformation I’ve ever watched on this channel! So happy that he chose Dan to be his barber, and so happy to watch him smile so happily at the end! He's so lovely with short hair! This is a really special episode! Mine was nearly to knee length at one point, much bigger than this guys very well behaved hair. It started to be a backache to wash, poked out under coats, and was super annoying to remember to move out the way before sitting on the loo 😂

After 12years, he chose the right person to cut his hair. The Regal Gentleman, you ROCK it. I was really impressed how you guided him wisely through selecting a cut that will work for him. He looks great and I’ll bet a new outlook on life too. Good luck on your new adventure. :o)

The hairdresser is such a gentleman and the guy getting the haircut seems like a really nice guy - in a world with so much hate / it's really nice to see kindness

You can tell this lads confidence shot the roof almost immediately with the transformation. So awesome to see.

Nice haircut. I am a woman but watch a lot of haircutting videos since I cut and perm my own hair.. In the past I wore my hair a lot like this young gentleman, but now at 80 years old I decided to start growing it during Covid while I still have hair.(Lol) 28:42

It's over 32 years since I last went to a barber's and got my hair cut. I try to cope with a ponytail or manbun but all my friends say my hair is a mess. Watching Dan cut this guy's hair is inspiring; he's such a gentleman and doesn't bully him (barbers have always terrified me, even though I've cut other people's hair). Am I brave enough to visit? I'm about a mile from Dan's barber shop!

I just can't believe how calm Jasper was throughout the whole cut, he didn't seem phased at all no sign of nerves after having such long hair for so long, he was handsome before the cut but man what a transformation ladies look out lol, all down to a great stylist,

Dan is a total artist from keeping his client happy, to his own great style and hair cut, to the way he handles his scissors. Wow!

This video is a great example of what an extraordinary barber who listens to his client can achieve. Here we had a young man who looked like an out of date hippie transformed into a modern very handsome young man.

If you ever wondered what happened after Rapunzel was rescued from the tower by a handsome young man, well....they did live happily ever after and had several children, and centuries later their descendants still carry the "Rapunzel gene". Jasper is obviously one of their descendants, able to grow lustrous locks for 12 years just like his many times great-grandmother. Such a remarkable head of hair deserved the best barber when it was time to cut it all off. That's why Dan was chosen.

Wow, this one is awesome. A good long consultation where Dan explained what would work. He's ended up being absolutely thrilled with his new look. You can tell by the way he can't stop smiling. What a great job Dan.

Amazing. He looks like a new man. His friends will be so surprised and will not recognize him. I personally never liked extreme long hair on a guy but it was a style he enjoyed.
