Hi everyone! Today I would like to share with you a fabulous eggplant recipe that I cook very often! Eggplant rolls with rice, peppers and carrots in tomato sauce is a delicious dish that the whole family will love. Meatless recipe, so it is suitable for vegetarians. These baked eggplant rolls are truly delicious and easy to make. It only takes a few simple ingredients and a few minutes to cook a very tasty and satisfying meal! Everyone really likes eggplant rolls without meat and without frying! They are light and delicious! Try this easy and amazing eggplant recipe and I'm sure you will love it!
Ingrediants:
- 3 eggplants
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 carrots
- 1 pepper
- 300 grams of rice
- 250 ml of tomato sauce
- 50 grams of Parmesan cheese
- Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder
- Olive oil

Не заворачивайтесь! 300 гр риса! это ужас какой-то. Рекомендую даже в фаршированных перцах заменить рис гречкой. Вы не поверите- это гораздо вкуснее, чем с рисом, не говоря уже о том, что у риса самый высокий гликемический индекс из всех круп

Thanks, I did it and we've just finished eating. Whaoo it was so delicious. I didn't have Parmesan but used the Gruyere instead. Everybody liked it so much. .. very very yummy 😋
