It's impossible to give any strict rules or definition about MGTOW, but generally speaking, it means no marriage and no cohabitation. That being said some MGTOW "Monks" do avoid romantic relationships with women altogether, temporarily or permanently.

MGTOW practices shoot for staying out of relationships, cohabitation, marriages or having kids while not being married. And it's not men "quitting" as McGuinness so arrogantly puts it. It's men going their own ways by not putting themselves or their resources at the mercy of women and the family courts. They're not losers or quitters, they choose to live this way while standing grounded in confidence. McGuinness to me is an honorable man. Obviously he spoke-up on what MGTOW is before researching beyond merely distinguishing what the MGTOW acronym stands for (Men Going Their Own Way), what MGTOW men are doing and for what reasons their doing it. This though is the 1st time I saw him not have his story as straight.
