For this recipe you need:
for Aquafaba.
🔹️ (2 cups) 320 grams of chickpeas
🔹️ (7.5 cups) 1.5 liters of water
For the cake;
🔹️ (1.5 tea glasses) 150 ml Aquafaba
🔹️ (1 cup) 150 grams of sugar
🔹️ (3 teaspoons) 20 ml lemon juice
🔹️ (1 tea glass) 100 ml of vegetable oil
🔹️ (half a tea glass) 50 ml hot water
🔹️ (1 cup) 110 grams of cornstarch
🔹️ (1 cup) 120 grams of flour
🔹️ (1 pack) 10 grams of baking powder (baking powder)
🔹️ (1 pack) 5 grams of vanilla
🔹️ (1 teaspoon) 5 grams of butter
🔹️ (1 teaspoon) 5 grams of cocoa
25 - 30 minutes in an oven at 180 °C (Celsius)

What is Aquafaba;
It is viscous water in which legume seeds such as chickpeas are cooked. Due to its ability to mimic the functional properties of egg whites during cooking, aquafaba can be used as a direct substitute in some situations, including meringue and marshmallows.
