This is amazing. I’ve been making this every week for the last 4 weeks using all mushroom varieties. No one believes me I don’t add cream. You’re the best Joel!!! 🍄 🥣😄

This is the most delicious mushroom soup I’ve ever eaten! I had a dinner party and served your soup exactly as you instructed everyone loved it! As much as I would’ve like to take the credit I gave it do you telling everyone that I follow all your recipes. I made your mushroom and chicken lasagna also a great hit! I love the way you cook!

Okay, I tried this today. This isn't only healthy without cream (since I'm watching my weight) but it tasted so delicious! My husband, who is a mushroom soup fan, also loves it! I made this yesterday and God its good... 😋😋😋 Best non cream creamy mushroom soup ever. And It makes so much I was able to keep some in the fridge and freeze a batch. Amazing and best of all healthier. ❤️

Today is the first time I've used one of your recipes. It was a oregano chicken and I improvised your roasted tomato soup for a sauce because my mother and grandma didn't pick up mushrooms. I also made your cauliflower puree and I have been in a lot of pain lately but the moment I tasted the puree I was so happy to have made something so fantastically tasty that I legitimately forgot my physical pain for a while! The only reason the soup sauce wasn't absolutely PERFECT was because I didn't cook them in the oven because I didn't have enough time(hours/minutes), but even pan-fried as they were it was so...the only words are rich and delicious! You really brought a lot of happiness to me today, truly, and I cannot WAIT to make this soup tomorrow! I know it will be good! Thank you!

What a presentation!! I relished every step of the cooking. Never mind the end result which will definitely taste out of this world. Can't wait to try it.

I did it all. Cooking at first during rainy day, I rolled the onions as you did, bought every single ingredients, as well as the equipments needed and with the same cup. Oh I played the same music. My family loved it. They like what they saw! Thanku!

Amazing recipe. Just used 700g mixed baby bella minis from costco (white/brown mix half and half) instead of buttons. PLUS used whole pkg fresh shitaki mushrooms fully cooked then added at end along with half baby bellas no blending. Also used better than boullion chicken flavoring instead of vegetable stock but that would be good too im thinking. Used a hand blender gently in the crock pot too. Super thanks. I could literally eat the whole pot. Cheers
