ridiculously good. reminds me of my days living in New Zealand. we always had an abundance of fresh fish there...heating up a seafood chowder soup in the cold days was most of my childhood...

I have tried many of your recipes and they were absolutely delicious and so easy to make. I am looking forward to trying your fish recipes. They have me salivating already.

Hi Joel, I'm not a big seafood person, but I think I would enjoy this very much with a few modifications; chicken stock, cod, shrimp, & scallops from my local Costco. I made your chicken provencal recipe anchovy paste instead of fillets & it was crazy good. This coming from a guy who wouldn't touch an anchovy if his life depended on it, but when you present it, I"m like "hey it's gotta be good!" I had chowder first time in Providence, a very very long time ago, I tried the recipe for the first time to-day, avoiding fresh cream, but the result was just as delicious as I remembered. really delicious, I will certainly repeat it.

Great ! I just added a little bit of fresh fennel to the vegetables, and also smoked haddock, leek and salmon. Smoked fish is an excellent substitute for the bacon if you want fish only chowder ,but both also work great together. Add a bit of dill at the end too...Thank you for the recepies!
