Today we spoke with California-based abstract artist Darlene Laguna. Darlene's artist path overlapped with both of ours (CVP with Nicholas Wilton and online painting classes with Robert Szot). We found much to talk about, including the challenging of first calling yourself an artist, the guilt we sometimes feel over spending money on art supplies (when we're not earning income from our art), visiting art museums, AI in art and much more.
