Almost three years on and I'm amazed that you held it together on glueing the wrong side of dsp! Well done you! I'm echoing everything Cheryl has said - below - from 2 years ago! The Lord Almighty was watching over you that day! I'm making this card in my Zoom Coffee & Card this afternoon! Shall I use fluttering butterflies, bobbing sea creatures, shimmering sea shells or heavenly hydrangeas? Need to check what colours I've got in 12x12 first - and whether they match both sides of the 12x12 dsp and my selected images! Gutted that the Whale Done's dsp isn't 12x12!! Grrr! ~ Christine ~

Thanks for sharing your card design tricks! You are easy to listen to and had me laughing out loud a couple of times...especially with the line about the piece of paper getting the best of you....still smiling. Have been looking at all sorts of videos on putting a floral cascading card together but now I can stop and just follow along with you! I even happen to already have the identical DSP that you used on hand so I'll be coping you exactly. Wish me luck and forgive me if I skip the part on my project where you glue on the wrong side of the DSP. lol.

Hi Jan, you could have removed the wet glue carefully with a wet baby wipe. Maybe also using an old credit card and carefully take away the glue before wiping off with the baby wipe. Hopefully the print on the paper doesn't come off. That's at least, what I've been trying to do in case off messing up. Afterwards let the design Paper dry before sticking it on the card again. But never mind! Such things happen. In any ways your cards are all marvellous, dear. Have a good time! xoxo

Hi, Maureen. I made this card before I started producing measurements for both cardstock sizes. I used 12" x 12" for this card. I think the cardstock width needs to be divisible by 3. Leave it with me and I'll have a look. I'll come back and let you know but it may not be till next week as end of the month is exceptionally busy for me. Thanks for your patience. xxx

Hi, Maureen. I had a go at working out the measurements for an A2 card and I was getting involved with sixteenths of inches! I'm happy with one or two but I found there were just too many for me to stay focussed. This doesn't mean that this card can't be made as a A2, it just means it's not easy to use the same proportions I used for my card. If I come across this card as an A2, I'll certainly make a note and come back to you. BTW while I was looking into this, I came across a Cascading Gatefold card (7" x 5") card! I've case'd it and made it for tomorrow's video! 😀 xx
