Jan - These Cards are very lovely. I thought the blue & pink cards was very lovely . Then you brought out the red one and I thought It was extremely gorgeous as well. Something about the dark red & the contrasting of the embellishments on white just made it pop. Safe travels for you & your family. Enjoy your time with your daughter & the grandchildren. Jan, you know 30 minutes is normally my max attention span for a card video (and that’s with me fast forwarding through all of the selling and the shout outs to friends tuning in on Facebook reposts) but this was certainly the exception! Hi, Jan! I absolutely love this card! I'm going to make one. Don't know what color yet. I bought all of the 12x12 color suites from the old catalog because I figured there would be something special to use it for and this card is definitely it! Many thanks, Brenda. The only way I can think you can do it with 8" x 10" is to cut the 10" down to 9.75" and score at 3.25" and 6.5". Your finished closed card would then be 3.25" by 8" which is quite tall and slim. ☺ Happy crafting, JanB.

Jan, rather than cutting ovals separate could it work if I run them through together....just fold in half a run through big Shot?.

Hi, Raelene. No, beacuse the oval in the second panel is smaller than the first one. If you did do it as a double fold and one die, you wouldn't get the layered look my card has when closed. ☺ Happy crafting. JanB.

You said that when stampin up isn t happy with something they pull it out than whay are they going ahead with sell the stamparatus when it doest stamp in the corner very well.but this is a great video and a beautiful card

Hi, Dolphin58603. I'm glad you like my card, many thanks. Like some issues with the Big Shot and die cutting have workarounds, there are workarounds for the Stamparatus. The Stamparatus for me and masses of other crafters, is a fabulous new tool for our craft rooms. Personally, I've never seen the point of stamp positioners, except for multiple cards of the same design. The Stamparatus does so much more because it has two hinged plates, and both sides of each plate can be used for the same project - without having to wash and change stamps part way through the project. Sorry, I digress! I've had an engineer explain that it is inevitable, because that corner is where the two hinged plates meet. I hope this helps you change your mind about the Stamparatus, because without one, crafters will miss out on some fun techniques.☺ ☺ Happy crafting, JanB.
