MalaMala Safari Moments: Episode 121
We find the Nkuhuma pride and a Northern Avoca male just as they catch two young buffalo. Then, we watch sub adults from the Kambula pride getting active.
...
From MalaMala Game Reserve to wherever you are in the world, we'll bring you moments from our daily safaris in one of Africa's most iconic private game reserves. This is essentially a continuation of our 'Rangers in Isolation' series which was filmed during the national Lockdown.

That klipspringer ruminating! Amazing! Love the Nkuhumas!
The last few minutes of the Kambula sub adults frolicking around with each other was precious, great video.
Such a lovely pride 🥰💘
I love the Nkuhuma pride! I've been following them for 5 or 6 years now. I remember the loss of two cubs during the drought a couple of years ago. I never cried so hard in my whole life. It was during that drought that the pride became expert buffalo hunters. Unfortunately, because of the drought, lack of good grazing material and subsequent poor nutrition, all the buffalo had white muscle disease which in turn affected the lions, especially the smallest & weakest of them. It's miraculous to see them so hale & hearty, so healthy. Thank you so much for posting that sighting. I watch WildEarth and the Nkuhumas don't traverse Djuma as much as they used to. I'm profoundly grateful for your vid and to see them on the lovely Mala Mala property! The other sightings were lovely, too! I love to tell my friends that there are green pigeons. They don't believe me until I show them a vid/pic. Thanks for the proof! 👍🏻😊

Very lovely start such beautiful green pigeons. Always makes me extremely happy to the see Nkuhumas especially Purple Eye as she came in with her experience and took over and finished the kill. Also important to give thanks to the two buffalo. The Kambula subadults as we have been seeing the last few weeks growing in confidence and strength. Thanks Guys as Always.
Who would give this a thumbs down? Its a beautiful video with no outrageous music just the sounds of nature.

The Disney brainwashed who think predator species naturally acquiring food is somehow immoral or wrong.
The Nkuhuma pride work cohesively as a team to bring down the large prey, pleasing to see them doing so well. Cute little Klipspringer❣️well suited to the slopes & rocky terrain. Beautiful to see this kind of emotion between the Kambula pride, they are closely bonded. Thank you so much, *𝓜𝓪𝓵𝓪𝓜𝓪𝓵𝓪*, privilege to view👍❤️😊✌

Whether these Lions are Raucously Devouring Buffaloes or Exuberantly Playing, their Power & Togetherness as a Pride remain Awesome to See...Enthralling Footage!
Beautiful visuals of the birds, it was a treat to see the collared Barbet, and the closeups of the Klipspringer were simply stunning. Nkuhumas on a buff kill, oh yea but the lions need to eat. RiP buffalo... Kambula subs are looking awesome, always love seeing their playful antics. Great vid again guys, thank you so much.

@@kimberlylopez9402 Absolutely Kimberly especially as it seems Blondie, Mohawk and the pride are on MalaMala more and more. The Nkuhumas are an incredibly beautiful pride and it has been brought home to me again with the recent sightings just how special they are. The Nk ladies are gorgeous, especially Chela and the subs and cubs are so beautiful. A good looking pride for sure. Stay awesome beautiful lady 💗

Two of the young males are very bold already, I've seen them take point on two buffalo kills already. So their confidence is sky high. If they manage to stay together...I believe they are five or six. Interesting times ahead.
Never underestimate the power and strength of a big cat . They are truly amazing predators
it’s nice when they hug each other like that, it shows unity between them
Excellent viewing, thank you 😊
That lioness at the end was determined to find someone to cuddle lol

I said a prayer for them to eat soon! I'm so happy to see they will have full bellies instead of their ribs showing! Thank you spirit!
The green pigeon are beautiful.
Beautiful video lions 💕💕💕💕
They have great Subadult they're good
Love watching big cats!
Mala mala!
Love this pride as well
💯 Puntos el video 📹 👍 okey amigos 🇧🇴 Saludos cordiales desde Sudamérica Santa Cruz bolivia 🇧🇴 👍
Lions are also social animals...Strength in numbers!
There seems to be at least 7 sub adult males in the pride. A big coalition of brothers.
The sound of death is horrible. I realize these are wild animals and this is how they live, but it's still disturbing to me.
When was this Mala Mala? Geeze they were on Djuma the sub adults and purple eye this AM drive the 12th ? Loved hearing the birdies going tweet tweet! I need to get a map just to see the lions distance they traverse ? Mala mala closer than londolzi

She was injured. Her foot was broken while taking down a giraffe about a month ago
Why is the video jumping around? After a minute and a half of birds and tree branches we get 2 lions with the buffalo down, then it jumps to a whole pride of lions, a bloody buffalo. There was obviously more to that encounter first its laying on the ground, then pinned to the tree, did the buffalo try to get up? Was it fighting, is that how it got pinned? This could've been an amazing video if it wasn't chopped up and edited! Is there a complete video of this encounter??
Look at the nkuhuma teens.. They look so good. Im still sad about Ridge Noses other son. I hope her other son teams up with his cousins.
Tinyo and nehema doing well
Most social cat!
My favorite pride 💘 I don't see them on wildearth Djuma anymore
That's a huge lion pride.
Wow...RidgeNose's son has his aunt Amber's eye color . I hope he finds his own pride with cousins and has lots of cubs!
Very angry lion kittens too🔥
The last lioness from the kampula pride noticed the tourists .
Food feast, lol
Poor Buffalo suffering and they haven't even killed him yet and they are already devouring his body. so sad but I know it's wildlife
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
That’s Mohawk right? Where’s Blondie?
The mom's look proud of themselves killing those buffalo and feeding their cubs
Klipspringer look like a impala

I'm confused, The Nk's were literally in Djuma at DamCam waterhole for over 24 hours sleeping, lol. Eric had them into the night tonight! Hhhmmmm Looove our Nks! Love them all!

Ужас, ужасный! Львы живьём едят буйвола!!! А я думала они милосерднее к жертве🙄😢🙄
Typical pride of lions with the male around. 8-9 lions fighting over 1 buffalo, while the big male has only 1 other lion eating off of his buffalo
I saw only one Buffalo was killed.
