Claybee was being greedy by not playing the Collector Ouphe at least by turn 3. Playing against 3 artifact heavy decks, it is a no brainer

I really enjoy how aggressively Shauna plays interaction, very fun play style!

claybee holding that carpet forever, playing it on second main with ouphe in hand and attacking into construct made this hard

I loved to see how even in Nivs death throws he's able to do solo much to everyone's board state

That's because Niv completely wrecks the game as soon as it's on the battlefield in this format. Every instant / sorcery draws a card? and you clear the board? That's a huge swing in your favor.

Modes are locked in at the time of casting the spell. So even if elsha dies, you still get both modes.

@@Jigwally Here's the literal ruling on the card: Once you've chosen both modes for the spell, it doesn't matter whether you continue to control a commander. This is true even if you somehow no longer control a commander as you finish casting the spell. scryfall.com/card/clb/799/jeskas-will

Man that honestly was some very bad threat assessment to me. Elsha was far more dangerous in that moment than anyone. But maybe that's just me good game overall.

4:16 Why destroy Tymna here? Elsha and Magda are staples for their respective deck's strategy and would suffer greatly with them dying from removal more than Tymna. Even then, Claybee could have simply recasted Tymna on their next turn with the mana presented (costly as it might be), which they did, this time two two Creatures for two cards. From my understanding, removing the Tymna slows Claybee, it doesn't stop them.

As a fluid person can I just truly say thank you for using proper pronouns for claybee. I know some people won't care or down vote the comment but it means a lot to just see my favorite magic channels all be so supportive. Love the content and the game was so good. The stack was superb

@@memnarchprogenitus9839 When someone specifies "he/him/his", "she/her", "they/them", et cetera (which you can see next to the players' names in the video), they are communicating what they desire to be called. Claybee specified "they/them", so ideally you would use those instead of "it". There is no official rule per se, but ignoring this request would be disrespectful and others would likely criticize you for it.

Really wish that you all had updated your list before playing T/K, it’s pretty outdated. Also, it doesn’t try to win through combat like you say, you combo off with LRW and Corpse knight. Reanimate LRW, exile the reanimating enchantment with LRW’s ETB, LRW leaves, enchantment comes back, rinse and repeat. Now the list plays Abdel, though.

No, some people identify as non-binary, and don't use he/him/his or she/her/hers, and instead use they/them/their. You probably use a singular form of they and don't realize it, most English speakers use it when talking about someone in a hypothetical sense, or when the gender of someone is unknown.

Due to APNAP Active Player Non Active Player anything that would be happening that involves each player it starts with the active player and since they all had a empty library in APNAP order Shauna would've technically won as she would've been the last one to draw from a empty Library due to APNAP and final fortune says each player that also goes for zach

Zack didn't mill his own library. He could keep drawing. APNAP only applies to passing priority and putting spells and abilities on the stack. Wheel of Fortune causes everyone to draw their cards simultaneously, so if Zack had milled himself out, the game would've ended in a draw.

nope and nope Zack didn't draw his entire library as narrated and even if he had and then resolved a Wheel of Fortune, the game would've been a draw having nothing to do with APNAP order

non-binary people use They/Them pronouns, and even outside of that you probably use the singular they/them/their without realizing it.
