I have Arginine but I think I will try L-Citrulline. L-Citrulline is better for people over 40.

I eat 4 ounces of kale daily, mixed in with dinner food like whole wheat pasta and black beans. I add it after cooking it for 2 minutes, and after the main dish has been cooked: must mix it in.

great information and video , the only critique I have is with your volume consistency , sometimes you go soft for a bit then you get really loud for bit and vary in-between , annoying with earbuds in

I started using nitric oxide a week ago. A 25% increase in ability on the stationary bike. Yes, undeniable to me..

As an update with more detail… I started using NO three weeks ago. I am 64. I had plateaued in my stationery bicycle work outs. I would burn 300 calories, doing repetitions from resistance levels from three to eight, for thirty two minutes. I was exhausted, , sore , and drenched in sweat. After three weeks, each workout has allowed an increase in resistance levels and ease of workouts. No exhaustion, and and increase of tension levels from 8, to 14, . Calorie burns as of today is 454, in less time than the plateaued level. I know that each person is different, but for me , NO is a Godsend. I would encourage anyone to see what it can do for you.

Hello Greg! I am actually a young woman and I'm very familiar with the medical uses of NO. The thing is, I'm trying to make my extremely cold extremities warmer, and my metabolism just overall higher. My core body temperature has been so low nowadays and it's a long complicated story as to why that happens. But I'm wondering if you're taking supplements and if you feel like they boosted your body temp. I really need this.

Well presented 👍. Your foods chart showed rhubarb at almost the top of the list, so why are beets the go to when rhubarb's value is double that of beets? Thank you in advance for an answer 👍😁🇦🇺

You might start by taking 300 or 400 milligrams of potassium nitrate daily. your body will break that down to nitrite and eventually into nitric oxide. nitric oxide cannot be sold in capsule form because nitric oxide gas only sticks around for less than a half second. by taking potassium nitrate as a source of your nitrate, you also eliminate oxalates that are in nitrate producing vegetbles .

I have extremely cold extremities and yes I have considered calcium channel blockers, but I just don't think it's that extreme yet. I am considering NO, but I'm just wondering if non prescription NO supplements work.

Be sure to speak to your healthcare provider as your cold extremities may be a diagnosable medical condition. We've not seen specific research towards NO boosters and increasing temperature in extremities specifically, but more related to core temperature and vasodilation.

We're sorry you feel that way and hope you can find what you're looking for elsewhere! Also, as healthcare providers, we can't provide individual guidance, but can present what's in the literature and encourage you to do your own research and find a knowledgeable provider to help you with your nutrition.
