Thank you Maria, looks like a great recipe. What a great idea to score the logs before baking. I always heard of washing sesame seeds but didn't know how its done. Thank you for showing AND adding the aniseed is a great idea. I'm going to make them and sell them for church and I'm sure ill be complemented.
