The PF36 Series are a range of 1.5-step injection stretch blow molding machines that allow molding of tough, lightweight bottles in polyethylene terephthalate (PET) from 100ml to 5 liters capacity. First, preforms are injection molded, then are passed to the blow station where final forming is conducted.
In this video, we see the PF36/36-600 that has 36 injection cavities and 12 blow cavities. The 3 to 1 blow ratio fits in perfectly with the molding time required for preforms and containers. For 36 cavities, the maximum bottle size is 600ml, but other models in the range produce bottles in various cavity configurations;
24 injection / 8 blow up to 1.5 liters,
18 injection / 6 blow up to 2 liters,
12 injection / 4 blow up to 5 liters.
Compared to a similar output two-step molding system, the machine only occupies around 25-30% of the floor space.

PF36/12-5000 －最大5L、射出型12個取り、ブロー型4個取り
いずれのモデルともフロアー占有スペースは同等生産量の2ステップブロー成形機の25~30%と、とてもコンパクトです。
