The ASB-150 Series represents the flagship in our ASB Series of 4-station 1-step injection stretch blow molding machines with the three model formats capable of molding containers from 50ml up to 15 liters at outputs ranging from 1,500 bph up to 20,000 bph.
They are ideally suited for molding very high quantities of containers for all sectors of the packaging industry including general foods, beverages, medical, pharmaceutical through to household and industrial chemicals in PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) resin and a wide range of other plastics.
Now with ASB's Zero Cooling technology in applicable resins and models, container quality is higher than ever while also achieving higher productivity.
