The PF24-8B 1.5-step injection stretch blow molding machine allows molding of tough, lightweight containers in polyethylene terephthalate (PET) from 100ml to 5 liter capacity.
Molding 24 preforms to 8 bottles, the 3 to 1 blow ratio fits in perfectly with the molding time required for preforms and containers. For 24 cavity, the maximum bottle size is 1.5 liter, but the machine can also be re-configured to allow molding of up to 5 liter bottles by converting to a 12-4 cavity setup.
With an output of up to 9,000bph, the machine easily competes with similarly sized 2-step molding systems while only occupying around 25-30% of the floor space.
