The ASB-70DPW is an ideal, medium sized single stage injection stretch blow molding machine for molding large volumes of smaller containers. In this video we see the recently updated ASB-70DPW v4 with a wide range of improvements over the previous model including;
- Reduction in energy consumption of 25% over the previous model,
- Optional servo hydraulic driving system can further reduce energy consumption to 50% of the previous model,
- Mold changeover time has been reduced to 1/3 of the previous model,
- Improved cavitation now allows molding of bottles up to 1 liter,
- Optional larger injection unit for heavy weight cosmetic type containers.
The new model of course includes all of the excellent versatility of previous models with the ability to mold from 8 cavities up to 1 liter, to 24 cavities up to 100ml in Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) and a variety of other molding materials. It also is backward compatible with existing molds for the previous model.
