The first time that I watched a Tibetan Monk casually walk in, lay down and in 5 minutes leave the body at will. I realized many things that cannot be contained within the illusion we have been shown. Absolutely amazing video. Thank you so much Beloved One. Namaskaram 🙏♥️♾️

Is he the one who wrote the sound of silence? I'm not Buddhist, but I volunteer a lot at a local hermitage, and there is a collection of five books by an Ajahn Sumedho that I love. What I read there resonates with my inner experiences. If it's he.. happy birthday, friend! ❤❤❤❤❤

Same here I know it’s not a sleep aid but it helps with my insomnia and I do actually listen, gets me relaxed to receive sleep.

I was hesitant to listen to this. Started anyway. Body heavy. Sound speaking sentences. Body still, starts howling with tears and all of that. Thoughts insist on escape: should go should continue later. I listen and hear truth ringing. Sentences screaming the truth silently. Stunned. Thank you🌸 This is just magnificient.

"speck of light of mind" whew blessing to " wake up to that being already firm ground to " put an oak seed in that grows into a mighty oak tree". That speck of light really helps me understand natures balance is designed and divine recipe can be learned with much wisdom of the ages realized patiently...better essence I have yet to add another...but expecting yes expectimg firm ground holding seed will grow too like Master shared.

What if the life is not just about waking up, but also what you do & what kind of story you develop while being on Earth in your body? What if you had woken up multiple times just to realize you missed the point?
