I'm assuming you mean "GoldenEye 007" but it's not Microsoft who is or isn't allowing Goldeneye 007. Nintendo owns the original N64 game. The same reason why Nintendo had no problems putting DKC on the SNES mini. Now, a remake is a whole other story.

Although I’m happy that Excitebike 64 will be available on August 30th, it doesn’t change the fact that Nintendo is still being too slow with adding new games to the Nintendo Switch Online’s retro libraries. 2024 needs to be the year when a lot more games (especially the Nintendo 64 games) will come to the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack.

consider that in Japan is released a 18+ app with Goldeneye and Jet Force, so I think Conker and Perfect Dark can be put in the app (and other Rare titles of course, I think 2024 will be a Rare year talking about arcade titles)

@@skullerclawerbandicoot7966 I'm mostly hyped for the nostalgia but also the mini-games were so fun. I probably put more time into those than anything else. Back in the days it was huge because it even let you play your gameboy pokemon games on the n64. Can't forget about the battle animations and how the emotion put into attacks and the pokemon are better than it is today lol. Just seeing kabutops use Double Kick by jamming his blades into the ground to stabilize itself into a drop kick made me still want to use it regardless of resistance, even on Ghost type pokemon haha.

Me and my big brother played Mario Party 1, 2 and 3 a lot as kids! i watched him clear 3's story mode back then since I was still very young to do it and now I'll finally have my chance to clear it myself!

I had a blast playing Goldeneye as a kid. Can't wait to play this one again!

A solid lineup for this wave. Slightly disappointed of no Diddy Kong Racing or Smash 64 but Stadiums the Mario Parties Excitebike 1080 and Pilotwings good enough on their own. Hopefully the other two get added down the line since Goldeneye is now being the second Rare game added after Banjo-Kazooie and opens the possibility of their sequel being added down the line

Granted I doubt one or two people paying for the pass or not will tip the scales one way or the other, but it certainly can't hurt when they look at the numbers right? Have faith, it was one of the biggest for N64, it's definitely coming eventually.

I had access to a top tier PC with cable internet in 1997 but Goldeneye was still so amazing I couldn't put it down until I had completely beaten every aspect of it. Looking forward to seeing if I still got it :D

So awesome. So nice to be able to play these retro games on the Switch and elsewhere. I still have the cartridges of the Mario Party games along with the Pokemon Stadium games including the transfer paks. Those days were awesome and it's nice to be able to relive all this. Whoo! Still buy the cartridge games and won't get rid of them anytime soon. Would still love to see Tetris Attack added to the Super Nintendo side by side with Panel De Pon and Pokemon Puzzle League. So awesome to see all this retro greatness and still going to be cartridges and all that other retro game stuff. So nice, so fun.

N64 is forever legacy.

The best N64 games I played in the early 2000s when I was a kid are coming back

I’ve watched this over 100 times and i still can’t believe it, I’m so excited for goldeneye finally

Officially one year as of today and still no release date for Mario Party 3. 😢

I’m so happy a new generation will know how fun the Pokémon stadium mini games were! Can’t wait

@@user-cf6op8gv2v I feel like Nintendo wanted to release a Mario Party game per year and Mario Party 1 was intended to be in 2021, but it was pushed back to 2022 and released with MP2. Mario Party 3 was always intended to be released late 2023 though.

My birthday is a few hours away and they honestly blew me away with this! Thank you Nintendo

Glad to see Goldeneye finally return. Hopefully Perfect Dark will follow behind shortly.

When I saw Goldeneye 007 in this direct I was happy and surprised

Not only is this AMAZING, but some of these were actually from my wishlist whether as honorable mentions or not! Here's to hoping Banjo tooie and Donkey Kong 64 come to the switch as well!

Stadium was on my wishlist as a never ever and I was surprised to wake up to it being added. Now if they find a way to emulate the transfer pack and release Pokemon RBY on NSO I am going to feel like a child again.

Yes we are still missing some games from Nintendo Switch Online plus Expansion Pack, like yeah more sequel games and I want Donkey Kong 64 added too, also Diddy Kong Racing and Smash 64 like some others do. Gonna be a while wait to find out

Were into October and still got 1080 Snowboarding and Mario Party 3 left to be added odds are pretty good we get one of them this month

Seeing both Pokémon stadiums games gives me hope that whenever Nintendo does GameCube games next, they’ll hopefully add Gale of Darkness and Colosseum.

Goldeneye and all the Mario Parties! This is gonna be awesome!

Excite bike, snowboarding, 007, pokemon stadium.. holy smokes my excitement piqued!

Once I heard the Goldeneye music.. . I was so happy. I've been waiting so long to see this game come back to Nintendo Switch.

It's my favorite of the N64 Mario Party games as well. I really hope before the autumn comes we get at least something to the N64 Switch online.

One of my favorite announcements today. Hopefully we also get Smash 64 later.

Excitebike 64 rules and is still one of the best MX games ever. Going to spend a lot of time trying to top the leaderboards.

In "Pokémon Stadium", it seems to be a system where Game Boy Pokémon are brought in and battled. How do you battle? Are Pokemon given by default there?

Absolutely hyped for pokemon stadium 1 and 2. Also we need plok for the snes classics and smash for the n64 classics.

Yeah and we are also missing Mario Party 3.

I remember playing Mario Party 3 at my babysitter's house. I didn't understood what was happening when I was playing some of the boards, but I was able to win some mini-games when I was 7. But now, I get to play it again with a better understanding of the boards.

IM SO HAPPY i get to play the original mario parties and pokemon staduim again the kids club was my thing back in the day
