Cool game... it took a quite while to figure out and to complete it. But after you've mastered all the techniques and completed it, it's incredibly easy to complete it again and again- I used to be able to do the whole thing within 4 or 5 minutes (I forget which). You must be playing this on a US system, because the music is slightly faster than it was on my UK machine. (Most games used the VBI for timing, and US machines had 60 rather than 50 per second)

Pretty much you just need to master 2 techniques: 1) jump kicks 2) running away 😊 ...it's a simple game with a fairly small map BUT it's a masterpiece

@@b213videoz Yeah, IIRC I used to mainly jump kick the thugs and karatekas and use throwing weapons against the evil ninjas. It also helped that you could leave the room, come back in and your thrown weapons would be in a more easily retrieved location. (Even at the time this felt like bordering on cheating, but I didn't write the game and it's not like this was so un-obvious that they'd have left it in without at least knowing this was possible!)

Wow! Classic! We had this on an old IBM Compatible back in 89, the graphics weren't quite this good (not sarcasm). Little known fact - by mashing the keyboard in frustration, one could get the game to display "winner" whilst flashing various colors.
