Yup, that's why it's best to shoot it when it's not full. Shadows near the terminus (day/night line) are elongated and you can easily notice the relief, i.e. difference in altitudes.

@@lukebattiston6650 it's the complete opposite they are more far away than we are told, I mean you can fit all the planets and Pluto between earth and the moon, it's actually really far away if the earth was a basketball then the moon would be about the size of a tennis ball and they would be about 7.54 meters away (24.7ft)! And it's only 380,000 compared to the sun which is 152 million kilometers away from us!

Seeing stuff like this makes me want to see someone go onto the moon with this camera and recorded the earth or something.

They interviewed Buzz Aldrin, Neil Armstrong and the other guy who was in the Orbiter after the flight and you think that these guys would be excited and hyped up but they looked incredibly bored and it just was very odd.

But even apart from this, there are photographs of equipment from artificial satellites of the moon. And their mood during the interview is the last thing that can be given as an argument.

@@antoniyobell4232 there are a lot of ignorant and uneducated people out. even thousands of years ago people calculated the circumference of the earth with almost perfect accuracy using math and observing shadows etc. Hard to believe some people even in this day think the earth is flat. Probably the same people that think the earth is 5000 years old lol.

I saw the p900 one 4 years ago and it was unbelievable. Then this p1000 came and my jaw dropped to the floor.

@EL JAY it is more because the sensor is half the size of the full frame 35mm. So the "Apparent" mag is double of 60x..

Seriously? Are you capable to understand that even with biggest telescopes you won't see a person on moon, because even strongest telescopes don't have resolving power to do that.
