Nobody hates Embiid. He's a great player but we think Jokic is better. He has just as wide repertoire on offense, if not wider if you count being the pick and roll runner and the main facilitator of the offense. He doesn't get free throws because the refs don't call fouls on him.

@@karldenis215 Biid is better on defense.. they're both up there offensively.. Biid anchors the defense... Jokic needs good defensive players around him.. nobody taking anything away from jokic.. definitely a way better passer than Biid... but Biid is more dominant on both ends of the court..

Sure they have mad respect for each others game, but when healthy & motivated I'm taking embiid. Dominate on both sides of the floor.

Jokic is a great defender as well. He averages more steals and deflections than Embiid, opponentfg% is 2% better from Jokic while he contests 2 more shots per game and Jokic holds opponents to 2% below their average fg%. Also you can’t forget about Jokic being the 2nd best defensive rebounder, that’s part of defense and Jokic also has 3 game winning blocks while Embiid has none

Bro Jokic is literally 2nd in defensive rating, only behind Jarrett Allen. Just cause he doesn't do flashy defensive plays don't mean he's not a great defender. His defense is similar to Marc Gasol. They cant jump out the gym for a block but theyre positioning, big body, and length along with IQ make them elite rim protectors.

That’s like saying points doesn’t automatically mean you’re a great offensively player, like obviously it doesn’t but points combined with everything else makes a great offensive player

I love how Jokic stans can’t shut up about the fact Murray and Porter are injured yet embiids all star teammate refused to play for the team and the sixers still have a better record than the nuggets while playing in the tougher conference.

Jokic doesn’t have two players averaging 20+ ppg while Embiid had Tobias Harris and even Maxey. Not to mention Philly has better defensive player as well in Thybulle than anyone on nuggets. Using Thybulle as a reason to why the sixers have a better record team is stupid comparison, since in DPOY odds Joel is in simular standing to Thybulle. Im colorado native and a nuggets fan, and have probably been to more denver games than you, but even I know he isnt the mvp just bc european stans think so.
